Great counter depth fridge. No issues after a year.

Needed a new refrigerator counter height & LG French Door was the best one available. Very happy with new one - actually slightly more space inside than the previous model. Easy transaction with Best Buy, installed the following week, technicians calling before coming. Did a haul away, no mess

Love this fridge! Very versatile, roomy, and quiet.

Bought this to replace a side by side, as we often need to store large dishes that the side by side could not accommodate. Runs quiet, fits our family nicely, but shallow drawers in freezer sometimes become jammed due to kids poor placement of items. There is not room for anything but perfect placement. Love the craft ice in the second ice maker.

We had a Samsung counter depth fridge before and this LG has much more usable space inside since the ice maker is in the door. Also, hopefully the ice maker is better than the Samsung that had to be replaced and froze all the time. So far the LG has been great. The Craft ice maker is amazing with the 2 inch round ice cubes. Really happy so far.

Highly rated replacement for old refrigerator. Needed a unit with exact dimensions of failing fridge. This product fit the space perfectly and added 3 Cu. Ft. interior space. Very well laid out with beautiful finish. The Craft Icemaker was an added bonus. Only problem is an inability to connect to WiFi thus far.

I love this fridge! I like both ice makers although I don't use the craft ice as much as I thought I would. Just replaced the water filter today and you can get an off brand for a lot less than the LG branded filter. I have had 0 issues with this fridge after almost 8 months and very pleased with my purchase.

Love this fridge... the baller ice is quite the ice breaker with guests! The little details on this fridge are really smart too... like the water filter in the door and how the lights gradually get brighter when you open the door, not just bright light right in your face! Very happy with this purchase.

We love this fridge. It’s super spacious for the size and the smart features are very useful. The only negative (and it’s a small one) is that the craft ice balls are a little smaller than I was hoping they would be, but it’s really not that big of a deal.

We love the refrigerator. We replaced a Samsung that had a horrible ice maker and the regular ice and the cafe ice are great. Being counter depth it is smaller but for two people it has more room than we need. Very happy.

Had this for a year before I could properly review. The craft ice feature is a great addition. Upgraded from Samsung and we don’t get the popping and creaking that we did with the Samsung. We are startled everytime the ice balls drop but once you get used to it’s not a problem.

Very pleased with all the functionality of this refrigerator/freezer! Beginning with the movable shelves, 2 large drawers, 1 deli drawer and the very roomy shelves on both doors. Love the freezer compartment also. Contains 3 compartments....the 1 lower and larger compartment and 2 rolling shelves! Lots of space!

The interior is nice and bright! The ice is a great size. The craft ice in the freezer is really cool. The only thing I would change is the spacing on the door for the bins. Need more options. When I put a pitcher of tea in the door, in order for it to have ample room, the other shelves can only accommodate short items.

I could not be happier. Love the craft ice - I was able to throw away ice molds. I went from a standard depth to counter depth and while I may miss the total storage, I appreciate the extra space in my small kitchen way more. Crazy how such a "little" difference in depth, makes such a tenable difference in the room.

Very happy with this model refrigerator. Our previous refrigerator was the same model but 9 years old and we were very happy with it. The new and improved version is great. Same Cu. Ft. but seems much roomier inside which for a counter depth is very important. Would highly recommend!

After many years with a Samsung fridge with a broken ice maker, I bought the LG with Craft ice maker. My guess is the bottom drawer was left open at night and the craft ice melted and refroze. Once I reset the ice maker, it harvested a deformed set of craft ice and began making regular craft ice again. About a month later it stopped making craft ice. I still have ice in the door but no craft ice. We have warranty, called Best Buy but apparently the warranty isn’t with them. I tried the LG app and chatted with someone who eventually agreed to dispatch a tech. He asked for the serial number of the fridge and we got disconnected. I tried to reconnect but never reached that person and no one else has offered to help. Eventually I’ll take a vacation day from work and try to reschedule.

I love this fridge. Why? Because its sleek, smart enabled, and super spacious. I just found a shelf thats so small it can hold the tiny packets of sauce/jars we get. The only think I dont like is that the water doesnt come out too cold...I like Ice Cold water, but hey...thats why there is ice.

The thing i like mist about the refrigerator is everything inside is at eye level. The craft ice is awesome. The water filtering is of very high quality, the water tastes like bottled water. Very close to spring wster.

Really like this fridge compared to the side by side. Like the storage area. Only thing, wish that the bottom produce/meat drawer could actually come completely out when the doors were open. makes it harder to see all the produce. other than that, its pretty good and the craft ice is cool.

Overall good product, but as expected being a counter depth refrigerator the storage is sacrificed. Looks good and includes huge round ice cubes in addition to regular.
