Bought in Sep, failed in Jan. LG Fridge had a RF error “refrigerator fan” error a month ago. Called LG to schedule an appointment with A&E appointment. Tech shows up at appointment and says the fan and motherboard need to be replaced and orders the parts and leaves. Parts show up to the house a week later, however, tech is a no call no show and I have to reschedule. Reschedule and tech comes out and replaces board and fan, tech leaves. New error code “CO” which means communication error. Call LG and says they need to schedule another tech visit. A&E shows up and says we need to order a new door. Door shows up a week later and tech is a no call no show again. Now waiting another 4 days for rescheduled tech visit. This has been over a month. Strongly HATE A&E. I am putting this review on Best Buy (where I bought the fridge), LG’s page, and A&E’s page.

It is too early for any one to rate an appliance, just after installation. The review should be done at least after a year or so. The LG refrigerator door does not close even at 30 degree angle unless you physically shut it. Is there any adjustment to be done.

Wife and I both love it, replacing a full size similar samsung after a kitchen remodel. We don't have a big family, so that might be an issue for those who do, but well designed, with great ice maker. Seriously best ice I've ever had in a refrigerator. The anti-fingerprint thing is for real also. Only thing I'd change is for doors to close more softly. If you're not careful they can slam shut.

Bought to replace a a 15 year old fridge. Very happy with the purchase. Pros: - Elegant looking interior with stainless rear panel and accents - Spacious and every space is maximized - PrintProof works Cons: - No drip tray for the dispenser. Looks better without one but requires constant wiping. - Edge of the door has a tiny dent. Probably from manufacturing and I'm pretty sure not from delivery. Not a Con for the product but mostly for LG. - 5 year Extended Warranty is expensive

We are very happy with the interior design, features, overall look and ease of use. The only adjustment has been shutting the door on the left. We prefer to close it gently after opening , as opposed to letting it self close. If you let it close automatically, it closes quite hard and sounds jarring. Not a big deal. We really like it overall.

Model has newer designed LG compressor which was a selling point. Only concner is the doors need a push to close all the way and the designer ice maker takes us alot of freezer space. Although the round ice is really great! Really cools drink and slow to melt

So far so good. Replaced a side by side. The top section is good. The freezer with the two drawers is rather small. For some reason side by side's have freezers that just fit more due to the ability to stack food without drawers and are easier to get in and out of. Cleans easy with some stainless cleaner wipes. We are also still trying to get the plastic water line taste out of our water but a new filter should be good for that. Two ice makers means it's a bit louder. The fancy round ice isn't really round but mostly round with a flat bottom and not really clear ice but a nice gimmick. Does take up space in freezer though and when those things drop to the tray it is loud. The door with the ice cubes is heavier so I often feel like the door is going to fall off with how loud it closes if you don't close it gently.

I had great service from Best Buy. The Frig is not so great. Doesn't really make craft ice well. I am constantly resetting the ice maker. Also it is hard to close the RH door and when you close the LF door it slams. Not my favorite. But again nothing against Best Buy. They are great. The LG is just not great...

Love the refrigerator but the right hand door doesn’t close by weight left does called for a service from LG when the service tech came said nothing could be done because the right hand door doesn’t have the weight that the left does. Otherwise has nice features and is working great. It is a good thing it has a door alarm.

Compared to previous refrigerators, this one seems a little light. Unless you guide the doors to shut, they slam and everything rattles. A little disturbing in an appliance at this cost.
