Beautiful and functional counter depth refrigerator with craft ice and smart features. Biggest counter depth in its class. Hopefully it will perform for many years. Very quiet.

I love the design and counter depth refrigerator. Very sleek and easy to buff with a micro fiber towel to keep fridge looking fresh. I knew I wanted a fridge where I could get into ice maker to empty or easy unjam if needed. My last fridge the ice maker was encased and you could not get at it. That was an issue and did not want that again. It is quiet and looks great.

So far, so good. This was purchased for a new home. The counter depth looks great - extends only 2-3 inches from the edge of the counter. Runs super quiet, does what it says it does. Craft ice is a nice touch. Being smaller was a concern to my wife, but there is plenty of room. Especially nice is the icemaker in the door, and the ability to pull out the bin - something some brands don't offer.

Great size for counter-depth. I replaced my regular size fridge with this LG counter depth and feel this one is bigger. Looks much better in my kitchen. Very quiet and the Craft Ice is great. A little slow to make but definitely worth the wait. There are two ice makers in this fridge, so you don't have to worry about running out of ice. The regular ice maker is at the door so it doesn't take more of the interior space/shelf. The phone app gives all the needed information about the fridge. Will recommend this LG fridge anytime. The extra 1 year factory warranty for this model is a plus. The delivery people and service are top notch, thanks Best Buy!

We love our new LG French Door Refrigerator. We have had side by side refrigerators for many years, but no longer. the French Door opens up the space in the refrigerator for more storage and easy access. This model is quiet, cold and looks great in our kitchen. The Craft Ice is kinda cool!! So far quality is excellent - no issues.

Love this fridge so far. It’s really quiet, the stainless really does seem to be fingerprint resistant, the interior seems roomy for a counter depth fridge, and you really have to love the ice. The through-the-door ice maker is slim and doesn’t take up much space at all inside the refrigerator compartment and the craft ice maker takes up very little space in the freezer. And that round craft ice... fun!

I'll start by saying this is by far the most expensive refrigerator I have ver owned, however, it is full of great features. As a counter-depth refrigerator, it fits perfectly in our kitchen in the space previously occupied by our original unit. The ice/water dispenser in the door works very well and I am really pleased with the craft ice dispenser. IT holds temperature very well and is relatively quiet. Fit and finish is very good. This is the second unit delivered by Best Buy. The first unit was delivered with a left side door that could not be adjusted properly and a long crease on the right side. Kudos to Best Buy Customer Service for getting a new fridge out to us quickly with no issues.

Very spacious for food. Extremely quite, (have to open doors to see if power on). Perfect fit for counter top depth. LG app is ok. Craft ice takes a llllloooonnngggg time to make but good.

We like the LG, it's better than the similar GE it replaced. The LG is quiet and well-built It has 2 ice makers; one in the door for your usual ice, and one in the freezer for craft ice. Vertical lightning in the refrigerator section are very bright which is a plus when you need to clean the inside.

Had for about 3 weeks. Love the layout with the ice maker in the door although you need to be careful when shutting the left door because of the weight of the ice. Well designed and quiet except for the occasional ice dropping (love the craft ice!) and normal water fill noises.

Old refrigerator was a side by side. This is a much better use of space. Works great, runs quiet. Lighting is bright inside and there is plenty of space with adjustable shelves.

Excellent. Very quiet and really love the extra ice maker in the freezer with the "ball ice." One should think carefully about the reduced actual storage available in the counter depth. We love ours, but there is less space.

Pretty generic refrigerator, but works very well with plenty of storage space both in the refrigerator and freezer. Both sections keep at the correct temperature and it makes almost no sound at all! Very nice and quiet.

The true test of a new refrigerator is how it performs over many years, however the first couple of months have been excellent. Well designed, quiet operation and efficient cooling. No buyer's remorse here.

Love this appliance. Ice maker is smaller than most others which allows for more door space and it makes ICE BALLS which we use in all our drinks. Doors open independently. In my last frig I had to open the right door before opening the left. Shelves are very good including one that slides in to accommodate taller items. The water and ice dispenser holds tall glasses. The frig is quiet, maintains temps and is easy to clean as the the stainless steel finish does not show fingerprints. I bought a GE French Door in 2019 and moved to a new house in 2021 where I choose this LG. The LG is a better buy the the GE

Enjoy the craft ice, though slow in creation. The door dispenser for ice and water works very well. The refrigerator is quiet and functions well. In all a great refrigerator !
