I like this refrigerator for the counter depth and the size. I did take one shelf out for taller items and think there could be more spaces added to the bottom to have more options for adjusting the shelf heights. I am still getting used to organizing the freezer drawer. It seems to keep my veggies fresh longer. Overall, I am happy with the refrigerator.

Great size and features but the craft ice is made slowly. For a counter depth refrigerator seems spacious.

I love my LG fridge. Plenty of room for my over cooking and then some. My hubby and I drink plenty of scotch and whisky on the rocks, so the ice balls, BEST THING EVER.

This fridge fits perfect. We have had it for one month now and everything works. Yes it takes a while for the craft ice (ice balls) to make but that it expected as it’s a big piece of ice. I love it!

Great size for counter-depth. I replaced my regular size fridge with this LG counter depth and feel this one is bigger. Looks much better in my kitchen. Very quiet and the Craft Ice is great. A little slow to make but definitely worth the wait. There are two ice makers in this fridge, so you don't have to worry about running out of ice. The regular ice maker is at the door so it doesn't take more of the interior space/shelf. The phone app gives all the needed information about the fridge. Will recommend this LG fridge anytime. The extra 1 year factory warranty for this model is a plus. The delivery people and service are top notch, thanks Best Buy!

This refrigerator is a good size but a bit pricey. One annoyance is that it's a counter depth fridge (which you pay a premium for) but you need to have a large gap between the wall and the back of the fridge otherwise it overheats. Thus, no longer a counter depth fridge. My wife likes the craft ice though.

This is the second LG refrigerator I’ve owned. The first one was a full sized, French door model that served me well. I left if for the next home owner when I sold my house. I decided to stick with LG this time as well. The new home I’m in has a spot that is perfect for counter depth refrigerator. So I decided to try it. I was a little nervous to not have enough space so I searched for the largest LG model I could find. This was it. It was installed last week and I could’t be happier! The space reduction is in the depth. It pretty much has the same height and width of a standard refrigerator. It’s about 6 cu ft less than the first one I owned, but it seems to fit me better. It makes plenty of ice in the door dispenser, and has a second maker in the freezer that makes craft ice (spheres). It was a breeze to set up via WiFi so now I can see if there is an issue. Overall, this has been an amazing purchase so far.

I love the size of this refrigerator the counter depth is perfect and makes my kitchen seem bigger. I like the water dispenser easy to fill larger water bottles. The shelves are strong and high quality. The finger proof surface is a big plus and looks great.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. Roomy and very modern. The dark stainless steel looks amazing in my kitchen. A true upgrade! My friends and family are thoroughly impressed with the built-in craft ice maker as well. Fancy and a nice added touch for cocktail hour. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this purchase, it was the biggest refrigerator I could fit into the space that was counter depth. It's beautifully designed and I can see everything when I open the doors. The space is quite ample in both the freezer and fridge.

A fine fridge-freezer. The size is almost picture perfect for our cutout. The operation is quiet, the efficiency outstanding at under 443W. This is powering itself with the drain of less than half of our toaster. There is an easy to use, workable water and ice on the front, plus the fun craft ice spheres inside, making a fun glump once a day into the tray, and then your drink. The only glitch we have encountered is the power line that lays on top of the unit (why??). If you have a top/height squeeze, this will necessitate a reroute of the cord around the side. Thanks

Very happy with it so far. Craft ice is a nice bonus. We upgraded from a 20 yr old refrigerator so it is very nice compared to what we had! The sliding drawers in the fridge and freezer work well for organizing the food we buy. Went with counter depth and it is still plenty of space for our family of 5 (three teen/college age kids) but we also have a garage fridge for overflow/drinks. Just hope it lasts a long time!

We really like the LG refrigerator. The fridge is one of the largest counter-depth refrigerators. The ice and craft ice makers work well and the quality of ice is good. The LG design is really nice and working with Best Buy made it easy. We had a short wait for the delivery and it was as fast and as easy as the sales process. We have purchased several appliances from Best Buy in the past year and have not had a single issue with them. I would highly recommend purchasing an LG refrigerator from Best Buy.

This is a wonderful refrigerator. From the excellent sales person to the smooth delivery by courteous, skilled installers, it was a very happy purchase. I was delighted to be able to find a floor model in San Diego so I could see it. Then I was pleased by the prompt delivery schedule. I look forward to many trouble-free years with this very attractive addition to my kitchen.

I love my new LG refrigerator! The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is because the shelves are plastic and not glass. For the price, they shelves should be glass. The special ice feature is a very showy element! The ice maker produces round ice as large as snowballs and they are a big hit at parties. More than any other refrigerator I have owned, this model utilizes every inch of interior and as a result, feels much larger than 23.5 cubic feet.

It functions well. It’s a large size fridge and it’s counter depth! Too expensive. I like the ball shape ice!

LOVE this Fridge. Black Stainless looks amazing. One thing I love is the water gushes out to fill your glass quickly. The 2 inch ice balls are a wow factor. Even though we have the counter depth version its has a ton of room for everything including freezer. Be careful to measure total height of this unit as we had to modify our cabinet to clear the top cover.

It seems like LG fridges get a lot of negative reviews. But the size and features were exactly what we needed, so I figured I'd take a chance on it.... I couldn't be happier with how it's performed. Both fridge and freezer hold temperature perfectly. Both ice makers work great, and the craft ice balls are great in cocktails. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this fridge again.
