I purchased this refrigerator because of the crushed ice and water with easy access. The second reason I picked this refrigerator was because of the easy access door for things that you need on a daily basis and it is wonderful.

1) Purchased the fridge on 12/2018 2) Replaced compressor on 3/2020 3) Compressor has gone bad again 5/2021 Two compressors in less than 3 years. This will be the last LG appliance we purchase. Fridge is nice looking and holds a lot considering its size. InstaView door is great for small items and has worked well for our family.

Beverage door takes up to much shelf space, also with the counter depth you loose shelf space. But it stops the wife from keeping stuff you don't need. Nice refrigerator

We like all the compartments it has and that the ice maker doesn't take much room. The access door is very convenient for my 4 year old.

I love the "knock knock" feature as i call it...to see wuts inside wout opening door. My ice machine has been working less but i think bc of the heat wave. Other than that, no issues. Enough techology but not too much.

I did everything online and have had an excellent experience. No one has tried to sell me extra warranty stuff or services, but I am unsure if that is good or bad. The delivery men were incredibly courteous and helpful

This is an excellent product with nice features. Very convenient and looks great. Great refrigerator for the space available, it might be a little limited but we overcame that by using another refrigerator in the patio.

Loved the fridge, just wish it would have fit into the space in my house better. There is nothing wrong with the fridge, its the way the space was built in my home.

several cool features make this fridge worth the few extra bucks, like the easy access drink door and "knock" to turn on light.

I love this refrigerator because it keeps the ice cream really cold. It makes plenty on ice. The one con is the 3 drawer layout, drawers are too small and can't open the middle drawer without opening both doors.

Love this refrigerator. Has lots of bells & whistles & they all work perfectly so far. It's beautiful. It doesn't spot & spills clean up easily. Still getting used to a bottom freezer. But otherwise, it's great!

Plenty of space for even the largest of grocery items. I wish the inside doors had a little more room for condiment containers. Looks amazing in our new kitchen and the kids can not leave finger prints.

Love the insta-view on the door, helps with looking at what u want or don't want before opening the refrigerator. I also love the amount a space inside.

Fits nicely into cabinets hole. Meets all of our needs except for the limited ice storage and speed of making ice. Seen this comment in reviews but thought it couldn't be that bad, only to find out it's true.

Great product. We are very happy with the LG French Door refrigerator. We were more impressed with the service we received from Best Buy. We will definitely buy from them in the future.

Refrigerator is great on temperature and storing most items. Does have issues storing large/tall items. (only drawback)

We love our fridge. It holds a lot more than I thought it would and we love the see through door. The freezer holds a lot more items too. Love the ice and water and that it doesn't take up extra space.

This fridge is everything you want plus more. There are some many features on it I haven't use them all yet. A beautiful addition to my Kitchen.

This was a nice upgrade from an old subzero with zero bells and whistles. Great color and lots of space. Great ice maker and water in the front and door with light to get to items I use most often.

We love all of the features inside and out. We particularly appreciate the amount of interior space for a unit designed for less counter depth than normal. So far working very well.
