We had a new refrigerator in our future, however, between the sale at Best Buy, and the manufacturers discount, we bought a much more expensive box. Very well belt, no issues so far. Beautiful finish although the installers scratched it. We were compensated for it . Ours is the Black aluminum, beautiful and easy to keep clean. Hp is a good product. The window in the door that allows your to quickly grab a drink is really convenient. Highly recommenced.

So far so good with the fridge. Needs more door room. But it works gear and has lots of room.

This fridge is perfect for our needs right now. I love the layout, the brightness and counter depth.

I was totally against an LG refrigerator because of reviews. ! I like the freezer on the bottom and I like the glass door. We purchased the stainless which was a mistake. Shows every touch. However that doesn’t hav anything to do with the inside. Keeps everything cold. Everything is easy to get to. Originally had a side by side so this is taking some getting used to, but we like it !

We replaced a Samsung French door, counter depth refrigerator that was only 5 years old - it had to be repaired about every 3 to 4 months due to a design flaw (I will never purchase anything from Samsung again). We got tired of the constant repair and bought this model. It seems twice the size of the Samsung, organized much better. Very pleased so far!

Love the way it looks! It's a tad less storage space than I'm used to but still thoroughly enjoying it!

Insta-view door is awesome for grabbing something quick. Only drawback is drinks in door aren't as cold as drinks in main part of fridge.

Had no complaints. This was a replacement to our favorite fridge ever. While it doesn’t meet the level of the past fridge, it’s an excellent fridge. Never had to request service, no issues whatsoever. Only reason it’s not as good as the last one is just simple interior design, layout, color, etc.

Refrigerator is very well built and space efficient and effective. Nice looking and quiet.

Great features in a pretty and functional refrigerator

After 3 years & 1 month it stopped cooling and a burning smell was coming from it while plugged in. For the amount of money LG is asking for this luxury refrigerator this is unacceptable. I called LG & I have to wait 2 weeks for a tech. Now, who in today's world can go without a fridge for 2 weeks. Hope the outcome to this dilemma will be successful. For now, I have to wait and see.

Great fridge. We've been using it for over a year and so far has been working perfectly. We really like the convenience of having the window in the door to access items quickly without the need of opening the whole door.

Items we love about it-door in door; lighting inside, freezer drawers and the color.
