This is a beautiful refrigerator, so happy with it. Love the window door that opens to the goodies you use the most. Had side by side so it is different but in a good way. We bought the counter size which looks nice and doesn't stand out as far as the old fridge. Would highly recommend!!

We’ve had a side by side for years and we immediately noticed a difference in the available freezer space in this French Door with freezer on the bottom. The “Cold Saver” door with the light is cool but we’ve already had issues with just the cold saver door only opening when we wanted the full fridge door to open-another issue is the bottom “Glide’n’Serve” drawer can only be opened with both French Doors open, a minor inconvenience, but still an issue. Another issue was BB will not install the water line to the fridge which there was one already available for installation from the old fridge. We’ve not had any water or ice issues that we’ve seen with other reviews-yet!

Like the LG Instant View Door in Door French Refrigerator. Only issue is the interior design could be improved. Potentially usage space is taken up with curved back walls rendering an approximate 1-3/4 inches of shelving unusable due to curve. Also ice capacity in door is small. Would appreciate a holding of an equivalent of at least 5 ice trays.

The refrigerator both works great and looks great.

This LG refrigerator is high tech (I can monitor it with my smart phone as it connects to our WiFi), is easy to set temperatures for our food in the ref and the freezer, and holds enough food. Due to the proximity to our counter, we had to purchase the shallower version, otherwise we have bought the wider one.

Buyer Beware! If u purchase get BB geek warranty...LG compressesors going out at record pace. 3rd failure in 15 months. LG service is horrible. 3 months unuseable in 15 months. That’s why such good deals. LG not issue lemon until 4th claim on extended warranty. I had one under manufacture warrenty. So got 2 more claims left :( Read Mad_julie review as well. LG customer service is terrible. Multiple calls. Compressors on backorder cause of issue. Will not buy LG again. I own a great looking extra pantry storage now and not a refrigerator for my family of 5. Make sure u get Best Buy not LG warranty as I did.

Only had this fridge about two weeks but so far we are delighted with it. We downsized from a 28.5 cubic foot machine but due to the design we are able to get almost rhe same items in the fridge. The 3rd door which allows access to daily used items such as milk, etc., is a real winner. To date highly recommend.

We've had the freezer on top, freezer on the side and now freezer below with the french doors. I like this design. We've only had a month so I can't say what the long-term reliability will be, but I like having the water filter up (no more laying on the floor to change it) and the LED lights are nice and bright.
