We have had the Refrigerator for two weeks and it quiet, great storage features and the black stainelss steel is easily maintained good looking.

Love the French doors and insta view door where I keep my milk and snacks. Getting used to the bottom freezer and like the deep drawers because it holds the big Costco frozen foods.

Very impressed with how far LG has come in the appliance world. This fridge has a ton of great features and a solid warranty. Best Buy offered a price point that was too good to pass up.

Great fridge. The black stainless color makes the fridge look even better. Only downside I can think of, is the door-in-door design takes up some storage due to thicker door. Overall happy

Love the convenience door to easily access to beverages. The water dispenser is really nice, you can use any container and it doesn't spill out.

I love it. I high recommend it and the Apple valley Best Buy staff is the best of any store. They should all be like them. Only thing I hate is not being able to call my local store direct.

The beverage door in door feature with glass door is very cool. Other than the challenges with finger smudges this refrigerator is very very nice and I recommend it highly.

Great fridge. Need better WiFi connectivity; if WiFi SSID changes, it doesn’t connect to send one manually or automatically.

There was an internal electical problem causing the motor to fry. By the time Best Buy got there to replace it most all the food had spoiled. We were told spoiled food is not covered. They replaced the refrigerator and for almost a year it worked fine. Now its not cooling as it should and this time we’re waiting on LG Repair. Not happy,

My wife and I are very pleased with the refrigerator. Have only had it for a month but so far everything has been perfect - no problems or disappointments.

We have really enjoyed it. The access drink panel makes grabbing a soft drink so easy. Plenty of storage in both the freezer and refrigerator a big plus.

Like the knock knock glass gives a nice view of the fridge content before you open it . Many options to sort food items in different areas of the fridge.

I love the look of it. I wished that the inside shelves were far enough apart to hold a gallon of milk or other big items. You must put those items on the door.
