bought an energy saver great design look and modern fridge.Happy so far! Customer service started from Asian saleslady to delivery service satisfactory. Will use Best Buy again and will tell our friends.

Easy to set up and configure to requirement. Freezer part could use an extra shelf or tub.

After doing lots of research we are glad we found this one. It fits all our groceries and keeps everything cold.

Takes getting used to when going from a bottom freezer frig. to French doors but didn't take long.. I love it!!! So much room in both frig. & freezer section. Like that you can place frequently used items on one side and just open that door.

This LG refrigerator is the best one I have ever owned. Our first side by side and my wife loves it.

Its so easy to make it yours by adjusting everything, the shelf heights on the doors and in the fridge. Love the lighting and the alarms when the doors are open too long...

It looks great and makes good ice. It is very easy to clean and has plenty of storage space.

This product has one design flaw that even LG has yet to explain. Although the sidewalls are molded to have a lower shelf, the actual metal vertical bracket that supports shelves in the middle, cannot receive a shelf at the designed level. We are waiting to hear from the design department for an answer. After further investigating, even the store model has the same flaw and no explanation. Lots of adjusting must be done for tall items. The rest of the appliance is great. This need to be addressed. It has been a month since LG started looking into this with no final resolve.

Have had for a few weeks. No issues or concerns. Works great.

I love the look of the stainless steel...my kitchen looks like its been totally renovated!

New appliance after 26 years. Very happy with purchase. So far exactly what I hoped

It's beautiful! Specs were accurate and fit perfectly into a built in space that allowed for 1/4" clearance.

It does its job. Which is all I ask. It won't, however, help me cook.

Every feature of my LG French door frig is excellent. The pullout freezer is the best. Great brand!
