the first unit they delivered didn't hold temp
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.nice looking refrigerator, the delivery crew were great. the unit didn't hold temp I set the level; on 3 both fridge and freezer and the temp was over 44 degrees Fahrenheit. I went up to 4 and it still was 44 degrees I moved the temp to the highest (5) and the temp was still 40 degrees. no matter what level I set the freezer was never able to get below 5 degrees. I called and had that fridge removed and replaced however I'm still seeing high temps on the second one, set the level at 4 and only hitting 40 degrees in fridge and 0 in freezer. I may call and return this one too. Not happy having lost $100 in food on the first one.

Check that freezer door

You have to check the freezer door every time you open the fridge. I like everything else about this fridge. The freezer door issue is why it gets only one star.

2 defective refrigerators

Ano okay fridge

The things my husband and I didn't like about it was that you had to bend down just to see what was on the top shelf on the fridge. My husband is 6'4" so is a lot farther down for him to bend. AND we also didn't like the poultry drawer. It's one long drawer and it's awkward to put the shelves at whatever height you want them because of the drawer. It goes all the way from one sidea of the fridge to the other. We originally wanted another fridge but it wasn't in Stock in the color we wanted. We ended finding it else where and returned this fridge. By husband has thanked me multiple times for returning the fridge and not settling for it.

You claim it's my water but I did NOT have this problem with the ice maker in the old frig. They replaced the 1st frig but ice tastes the same in the 2nd one.

I want to say the actual delivery guy did a great job

Ice cream in the freezer is soft. Drinks in the refrigerator are not cold. We can't keep meat or poultry in the refrigerator because it does not get cold enough. I have it set on the coldest setting. I can't get Best Buy to do anything about it.

Great storage area

This is the largest one that will fit in my space. Others that would fit are only 18-20 cu. ft. The interior is very roomy and bright, and the number 3 recommended setting is maintaining perfect temps in both the fridge and the freezer. The big deli drawer is a wonderful change from my old little one. The bins are keeping my fruits and veggies longer, too. It's totally quiet, but I do not have the ice maker hooked up. I did purchase the extended warranty, but I hope I don't have to use it.
