Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unit install 6/25. Doors had to be removed to get the unit inside. All was good until we started to reload the refrigerator with food. Afterwards, the lower (refrigerator) door would slam on your arm or hand if not paying attention. Filled out a delivery survey online - requested that someone call to discuss this issue. The online survey was filled out @ 6 weeks ago. To date, no one from BB has communication. Thus the reasons for my low ratings. Cannot give a positive "recommend" rating to a friend based on the lack of effective follow-up to previous feedback.
