    Started to mess up after 1 month of having it. Customer service was no help until the 7th call and technician was not able to resolve my issue. Stuck with a faulty fridge.

    I got this fridge not even a year ago and it completely stopped working. We had an LG tech come out and deemed it unrepairable, to which LG has been no help and we’ve been without a fridge for almost two weeks.

    No frills refrigerator. Freezer door received dented, refrigerator door strip holding gasket bent and gasket out of place. Crisper drawers flimsy.

    Stopped working 2 weeks after use. Motor runs but fridge and freezer are hot. No way to get money back. Would not purchase again

    Terrible refrigerator, only had it a little over a year and it no longer works. The repair cost more than the fridge. This product should never be sold again

    Very pleased with this refrigerator

    After doing some research on efficient refrigerators that met our interior cubic space requirements and budget, this one fit the bill. It is 3" less in width than the GE French Door model we had (which stopped cooling our food!) yet had more interior space. Even better, when looking to schedule delivery (with removal of expiring unit) a slot the next day was available! We managed to save most of our food using two big coolers, but it was such a relief to have a new fridge so fast. We've had this for three weeks now, and it's done a great job keeping our food cool. We employ a temperature monitoring unit inside and it's maintained a steady 37degrees F. The water dispenser is in the interior -- our previous model it was on the outside. This makes it a bit less convenient, but overall, neither of us liked the French door style, but it was here when we bought the place two years ago. This model fits the space better and doesn't have any external handles to get in the way. We are still able to get cold water when we want to, though we do have an undersink filter system installed in the kitchen. The lack of an internal ice maker (an option we didn't select) will make for one less thing to go wrong along this unit's life span. We bought some nice plastic refrigerator storage bins to keep the large interior space tidy and one of them (designed for beverage cans, actually) holds the ice we make with our ice cube trays. Yes, very "retro" and vintage, ha ha! Overall, this unit has more than met our expectations and we've no regrets whatsoever in our decision to purchase it. Best Buy came through on this purchase for sure.

    Our First LG Refrigerator

    Not five stars as it does not include a light in the freezer compartment, and it is not fingerprint proof stainless steel. Love the no handle design. Only had a little over a week. Hopefully it works for many years.
