I checked out a lot of ref. And looked at all the pros and cons and felt that the LG product was the best for the money and just what we were looking for. The ice maker and water o. The out side is great. Husband is very happy.

I purchased this refrigerator as part of a major kitchen remodel. I wanted to go counter-depth, and I was able to do it, while not forfeiting a lot of usable space inside the fridge or losing the ice maker. I'm very happy with it, and it looks very nice, too.

After reading reviews I was slightly disenchanted with them, but I made a decision on past products I've owned made by LG but not carrying the badge. Therefore, my words are based on the fact that after two months only I am still fully satisfied that I chose LG. It IS a little louder than past refrigerators I've owned, but not over powering, and it seems to run for a long time. That being said I haven't found any increase in my electric bill because of it. All the other complaints listed by other reviews I have not encountered, and hopefully I won't. So at two months in 5 stars, and if I have a problem in the future you will definitely here another report.

Great refrigerator. I thought it wasn't going to be big enough but we have more than enough space for two people.

I had one issue where the freezer stopped working and all my food thawed and had to throw away. I had the LG team come to check and they said the temp Was set Too high and cut off blower. Lowered the temp and have not had issues since. They should not have such a setting if the unit stops working. Overall the fridge keeps the food fresh longer and good space for counter depth. Would work best for a smaller family.

The challenge for us was finding a cabinet-depth fridge with enough interior space, and this one meets that requirement, and still has the ice maker in the door. We thought that was an unnecessary space-filler, and considered several other models that had the old ice makers in the freezer. We ended up going with this one on the recommendation of a family member who has had same model for a couple of years. With the slimmer ice maker, we haven't regretted it. It is a nice convenience and still leaves some shelf room on the left-side French door. Temperature control is much more customizable, and the vegetable/fruit drawers function much better than in our old fridge. Overall, very satisfied, but it is still early on. Real test will be if it is service-free a few years from now, because we did read some of the stories of poor manufacturer service in other reviews. For now, we have guarded enthusiasm.

Great counter depth refrigerator. Lots of adjustable shelves and bins to utilize the space as efficiently as possible.

This refrigerator has plenty of space. The LED lighting makes it easy to see everything.

I've only had the fridge a few weeks. Will say that it fits perfectly and the specs given are on point. Guests have complimented on how beautiful it is, inside and out. Ingenious water dispenser allows for almost any size glass, mug, etc. No complaints so far.

We wanted a counter depth fridge and looked at several before deciding on the LG. We are quite happy with our choice and find it to be more than adequate for our needs. The interior is well designed and provides a wide variety of storage drawers and shelves. The freezer with the two sliding shelves and deep drawer is very spacious. The icemaker in the door is an excellent idea as it opens up a lot of extra shelf space. The only down side is the small capacity of ice that can be made and stored - not an issue for us but might be for some. The only negative thing so far is that the lever that dispenses water in the door already is scratched and there has never been anything but glass drinking glasses pushed against it. I am not sure why it scratched so easily but I plan to talk to LG about it and see what they have to say. Overall we are very happy.

We just got this fridge and really love it so far. It's nice to have all the space upfront and we got the counter depth which really saved us a lot of room in the kitchen. We highly recommend

I bought this after reading reviews and a painful experience with another brand.I totally love my LG refrigerator. The design of the space capacity in the fridge and freezer was utilized efficiently.It's quiet, cold and great looking.My favorite appliance..

Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Is great. It does not stick out to far. It is so nice not having everything fall out from the freezer like side by sides.

Once the hiccups were taken care of, first fridge they delivered was a used fridge. This fridge is spacious for a counter depth fridge. Looks great. Quick ice maker, very quiet. Only two of us so plenty of space. Love the LED lighting and filters both water and air

We were in a pinch and needed a fridge, this fridge looks great has perfect features for an average fridge and fit the bill!! Found out though that fridges bubble in the middle so add an extra half inch to the sizing in case it needs to fit exact

First counter depth fridge we’ve ever owned. Hard to get used to but you can make it work. Seems to have decent shelving and drawers. Ice maker only makes 8mcubes at a time. I suspect you can run short of ice for a party however, they have a bin to store ice which we keep filling. My only real complaint is it fingerprints easily. It’s a shame they can’t do better in this area

I bought this fridge less than two years prior and already the compressor has blown (no cooling in fridge or freezer). When I checked with different local repair people, so far none of them will service LG refrigerators anymore -- one of them I even got as an LG repair tech off the LG site. The compressor issue seems well-known at this point and there is a class action lawsuit out there as well. It's unfortunate this is the main purpose of the refrigerator, because I was otherwise pleased with the Best Buy installation team, and the fridge itself was enjoyable, and it was also the one I could most easily get into my kitchen with the size dimensions... but I will avoid LG in the future for appliances due to quality + service concerns.

I have the counter depth version that has plenty of room for my needs and love the look and function of the French Doors and Freezer drawer. Matched this up with Microwave, Gas Stove and Dishwasher so all looking good!

Seems large on the inside for a counter depth box. Ice and chilled water work well. Water dispenser took a little getting use to. Be sure to run water after new filter installed to avoid odd taste. Same with ice.

This is my second purchase of the same fridge but not by choice. I didn't buy Best Buy's protection plan on my first purchase of this fridge, and after 3 years of ownership, the compressor blew out. I did get the protection plan on this purchase. Highly recommend doing that. Other than that, great fridge.
