Looks nice, stainless shows a lot of marks though, constantly needs wiping down, like it overall better than old side by side, great 36 mo financing deal to make it affordable

The stainless steel finish will draw positive comments. It looks very neat. The refrigerator itself works very efficiently for my needs and the icemaker is quick and very slim.

This is a very good fridge for the money. I had never heard of a "smart fridge" before, but this has some very cool features. also, Delivery was fast. LG is a strong brand and I'm looking forward to many years with this fridge.

Haven't had this very long. Shelving is not what I expected. I have to lay the ketchup flat on the shelf. It won't fit in the door. Door shelves needed to go in at a certain position or the door wouldn't close.

We just purchased a new house and needed a refrigerator. After looking at all the other dealers we went to Best Buy for the best deal on the refrigerator we wanted. It has all the options that will make life easier.

Overall, like the refrigerator. Was surprised that it did not come with an icemaker connect kit. You would think that all refrigerators would come with one. Had to go out and buy one after opening the fridge and none included.

I purchased this fridge back in 2014 I've had it for almost 2-1/2 years and I love it, it has so much space, adjustable temperature, easy to clean and the ice maker has an option for crushed or cubed ice, I really believe it was worth the price!

This is exactly the perfect size for my home. If folks complain about fingerprints on stainless steel items, use a soft cloth and WD40. Cleans it in seconds.

The ice maker is conveniently located on the back on the left door. The ice maker does not store a lot of ice at a time, so if you are going to have several people using it within a short span of time, it could run out pretty quick.

We purchased this refrigerator online based on a Best Buy employee recommendation. We had to return our previous one from defect, so this was the replacement. In the description of the refrigerator it mentioned the dimensions and it was slightly bigger than the one we purchased so we thought ok, a bit more space. Boy were we wrong. The inside has more of a limited space due to the door capacity of holding items being significantly smaller. And one the doors slams Itself shut. Not happy with this product at all..

Upgraded our old refrigerator with the LG French Door refrigerator and have not regretted the purchase. It looks great in our kitchen and all of the features work as advertised. So far so good!

First new fridge in over a decade so we're may be a little biased because of the modernity. Excellent drawer space. Very bright and easy to see inside. Good smaller compartments that "hide away."

this is the 2nd refrigerator of this model i purchased. 2nd generation. 1 st one was laid out nicer. better freezer shelf and in the upper part there were 2 sliding shelf's. but still a very good choice..

Great features, easy to use, love the water and ice dispenser, lots of space. Ice gets jammed sometimes, right door doesn't always close easily so we have to check it or have the alarm on.

Love our new fridge! Had a side-by-side and could never see what we had in the fridge. This fridge provides easy access to everything and can see everything! No left overs getting lost!

good basic fridge, could use better insulation for ice maker. sometimes it partially thaws and the ice melts into a big ball that you have to remove.

Came a little scratched up and had a rough time getting the problem resolved but it all worked out the end

Plenty pf space for both refrigerator and freezer. However the ice maker is pretty small, enough for small family. Run smooth and quite. We have an infant so the freezer has an upper draw for breast milk.

Love my fridge except fridge doors were installed uneven and ice bucket was missing. Customer support was not helpful at all with ice bucket, he barely spoke English!
