Absolutely love the french door design. It is a very attractive looking fridge. It does show fingerprints easily though. A multipurpose cleaner works well.

I absolutely love my LG French Door Refrigerator. I've waited 20 years to have a French Door and it's as great as I had anticipated. I have a relatively small space so the choices were limited but the LG met all my requirements including ice and water through the door. I love the icemaker in the door which frees up so much space in the refrigerator itself. It makes plenty of ice for a one-person household and it's great that I can stockpile it in the ice bin in the freezer if I need a large amount for big dinners or family visits. The bright LED lights are such an improvement over the old incandescents and the see-through bins are terrific. I don't have to guess which jar to choose by the shape of the jar lid! The deli drawer is so roomy and I have yet to fill up both vegetable/fruit bins. I like the freezer below since I don't use it as often as the fridge and all the items are visible. One suggestion - It would have been nice if LG had included in the instructions the information that the ice dispenser won't work if the right-hand refrigerator door is open. I had a few anxious moments the first day thinking that the icemaker wasn't functioning. My only two tiny quibbles are that the water dispenser has a flat surface that's awkward. If it were curved, it would be more ergonomically satisfying. And, as with all stainless steel appliances, it shows fingerprints which is annoying. But that's a small price to pay for such an improved quality of life from my new fridge.

Overall a great appliance. No complaints but just a couple things to note, through the door water dispensing takes a little getting used to. Also, ice maker is a little small and could run out under heavy loads. Capacity works great for just the wife and I. There is also an extra ice pan storage in the bottom compartment so you could plan ahead for hosting. Lighting is fantastic and organizational shelving very sturdy and modular to fit a variety of items. Does show fingerprints, but cleans well and we very rarely actually touch anything other than the handles to open/close so the issue is minimized. Overall, very pleased with purchase.

We've had this fridge for a couple of months now and we really like it. The space in our kitchen for a fridge is small so we were very limited in our choices. Glad to have found this one. Love the ice and water in the door and the LED lights on the inside. Holds more than I expected too. The one thing I really wish it had though is pull-out shelves. Our old fridge had glass shelves that you could pull forward to access things better. Since I am only 5'4", it is difficult for me to reach things on the top shelf in the back of the fridge so pull-out shelves (even one) would be helpful. Also, make sure to have some stainless steel wipes on hand to clean off fingerprints! Overall, we love our new fridge!

It’s a great fridge. Period. Smooth doors. You can open either side and close it without having the other one open which is a huge plus. It’s spacious. Only thing I don’t like is it is VERY prone to fingerprints. It’s bad. But I never have anyone over so I personally don’t care but I can’t recomend this for a show house or something like that.

I love the space of this LG refrigerator. I needed a 33 width & the LG fit perfectly. Looks nice also. I was impressed with the quality inside as well. Does show fingerprints more than I had expected. Front of refrigerator does not hold magnets so I am not able to hang the kids school schedules anymore. That’s a bummer.

We have had the refrigerator for 3 months now and it is running great. Does everything we needed. I do recommend buying stainless steel cleaner. The finger prints are a problem otherwise. I have not heard any loud noises like the ones mentioned by other reviews. Runs real quite for us. Do hear the ice fall but it is not loud and pretty normal with any ice maker.

Thanks to all the previous reviewers. Our kitchen layout restricts our fridge options, but we wanted to upgrade to a french door. This is our first with water and ice on the door and we are very pleased with it. Previous reviews noted that it does not make a lot of ice, a large family who use a lot of ice may be challenged. For us it is perfect and I appreciate the compact layout leaving more room inside the fridge. There is a bin in the freezer you can store additional ice if needed. I am still sorting out the best way to use the drawers. The lowest wide drawer is very shallow, many things I have tried in it are too tall, it is also a bit more awkward because you must open both doors to access it. So far I am liking that I can only open one door for what I need. The freezer drawers work well and we find the illumination just fine. We have the stainless model because it matched our kitchen, stainless is a fingerprint challenge - I would rethink it if I were doing it again. Set up of the fridge was easy, and everything is working great!

Excellent refrigerator. Smaller in width than our previous one but it has so much more room because it is so well designed. Only downside is that it does show fingerprints.

Think our new fridge is great. Lots of room on the inside. Only down side is that it really leaves fingerprints on the door handles and on the outside.

Works well. Lots of space. However it shows every single finger print and nothing seems to get them off

Geez, I wish this refrigerator was fingerprint resistant. It’s a bugger to clean. It also is a bit on the loud side. But I really like the way it keeps fruits and vegetables fresh, and the deli drawer is really handy.

This is a nice & stylish refrigerator overall. I have had it for nearly a month. The only gripe i have with this refrigerator is that it easily captures fingerprints which makes the refrigerator look dirty.

The refrigerator seems to meet all of our needs. It definitely is not fingerprint resistant. For us it is not a huge deal but requires wiping down if this is of concern to you.

The fridge has features that are real handy. Really enjoy the ice and water dispenser. The freezer is the right size for my husband and myself. The only thing I don't care for is that your fingerprint get all over the front -- love the look.

Like the LED lighting, the large pull-out drawer. Did not expect it to show fingerprints so easily. Delivery team was AWESOME!

This is my first stainless steel refrigerator. I would definitely get one that is fingerprint resistant next time because I am constantly wiping fingerprints off of it.

Having had the refrigerator for only one month my opinion so far is positive. The ice maker is quick to make ice, with very small cubes. Lighting is good in the entire fridge while the drawers offer ample space along with good shelf space. Does show every fingerprint or smudge so its cleaned daily.

Not finger print resistant. Water doesn't work if door is open. But still love it
