The refrigerator has many nice features and runs well. I was surprised that the ice tray in the freezer doesn't have an icemaker function since my last LG unit did. Also, the black stainless finish is easily scratched and not really family proof.

The products are working fine but what a nightmare of an installation! I have an unfinished laundry below my kitchen and the installers chose to drill through my custom made maple cupboards to put a water line in. They also walked back and forth with their dirty boots on my carpet and also laid a box down for garbage that had grease on the bottom that is now on my carpet as well!!

I’m very happy with this refrigerator. It looks nice and works very well. The only downfall is the ice maker struggles to keep up with the amount of ice my family uses. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a nice refrigerator.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife (she asked for one). She loved it. As for performance, so far so good. My only inconvenience was that the installers would not install the water line because my sink did not use flex lines to the faucet so I had to rely on my neighbor to help me out.

Solid refrigerator. More bells and whistles than I probably needed. Water dispenser is a bit odd. No one can figure it out at first. Often ends up with a water spill.

I love our new refrigerator. The only thing is that it seems like it doesn’t make ice too quickly. It may be that we haven’t had it long enough. We just got it Tuesday!! I do love the French doors and the shelf space!!!

In-Door water dispenser is not easy to use. First couple of times using it poured water on the floor as spout is obscured. Currently we are experiencing metallic taste in water that is NOT evident from the tap or from a Brita-brand filtered pitcher.

We have had the refrigerator for 2 months and are loving it. We did have an issue with the water dispenser area producing condensation but an lg technician came out, replaced the door due to faulty foam and we haven't had a problem since.

We love the new frig., considering HOW long it took to receive it. The only thing we noticed is the left door is quite stiff, to open. The delivery guy Jeremy (whom was great, along with Sparky), said this will loosen over time. We hope so.

Prior to this LG refrigerator, my experience was purchasing one (ex. Kenmore, Maytag, or Whirlpool), using it without issues for 15-20 years, then donating it or giving it to someone in need, with it still working great. In late 2015 as part of a kitchen remodel plan my wife looked for the largest stainless steel refrigerator that would fit our space and provided our some of our desired features. The refrigerator that came the closest to meeting our needs was this LG product. It is very disappointing to see a refrigerator that sold back then for $2,000, and isn't really that "old" now has issues with keeping the food cool (fridge) and frozen (freezer). However, even more disappointing is learning this appears to be a common experience for many who unfortunatley purcased an LG refrigerator over the last few years as well (I googled "LG Refrigerator Reviews" and got the link below). Ice machine nice fridge was scratched on one side keeps things cold surprised not stainless steel on the sides.

Refrigerator is fine. Compressor is a little loud. Every single touch on door or handle leaves a smudge on stainless steel finish.

This is my third LG product. I also own an LG 3D 55" 1080P Tv and an LG washer. Pleased with all three. It's still too early to tell since I've only had the refrigerator for a little over a month but so far it's doing what it's supposed to.

We liked the first one. The second one should be better. The interior of both seems well constructed. Sealed system failed after just 7 years on the first one, warranty and compressor are supposed to be better on this one.

Clean, neat design. Not crazy about the water dispenser design. Until I got the hang of it, water sprayed everywhere. It is really narrow between push bar for water and the dispenser hose. Love the clear drawers and flexibility of shelving.

Love it. It's bright inside, deli draw works really well. I like.that I can move the shelves. I wish the ice maker could make more ice and quicker. That being said just keep the ice bin below in freezer and you will be ok.

I was forced to get a new refrigerator after my compressor went out.. I got the exact French Door LG. It is exactly like my old one of only 5 yrs, except It has a Fresh Filter which keeps odors completely gone. This added bonus is great. I still love LG !!

Great fridge. Fits perfect in a tight area. Only odd feature is the placement of the water spout that takes getting used to. The bottom pull out drawer in the freezer seems flimsy, but we don't use it as often for it to be an issue.

I love all of my appliances. The dishwasher is so quiet. My oven is great for baking and the French door fridge is wonderful. So glad I got the whole package deal. Good, knowledgeable sales person and great delivery and setup.

The fridge is very good, so far. The hose cracked and leaked in the back that feeds the ice maker. Still under warranty, I called BB who referred me to LG, who referred me back to BB claiming the warranty expired two years before the purchase. Instead of wasting more time on the phone back and forth, I just bought the replacement hose. When going to replace it, I found excess hose rolled up inside the fridge door for cases like this. It would have been nice to have been told this by LG when on the phone, so this could have been fixed much earlier!
