    After having a side by side for many years, it was very amazing to see all of the room in this French Door Refrigerator. So nice to have the full freezer on bottom. We can store much more than before and that is a very welcome thing.

    Excellent refrigerator. No spill shelves, great interior lighting. Energy Star rated. Great space saver ice maker. The bottom freezer has bins and a tray to organize the content.

    Much better than the fridge that was replaced. Ice dispenses timely. Only one drawback is the amount of ice stored in dispensing drawer is limited. The trey in the freezer holds extra ice. This feature was well thought out and is extremely useful. Performs much better than expected. Would purchase this model again. This is a product that is easy to recommend.

    We are getting really irritated we have yet to get it delivered and when I kept calling Best Buy you told me it was out for delivery. Called back 30 min after the time frame and said you would call the driver to figure out what was going on still haven't got a call back. We called the number from the confirmation from the day before and they told us the truck driver was injured and had to reschedule. That would of been nice to know 5 hours ago. You guys are lucky I am on maternity leave or I would tell you to keep your product and go buy one somewhere else. If he couldn't make it today, you could of called us and told us instead of wasting over half my afternoon.

    Nice refrigerator till the unit fails. Compressors go out. Known problem, LG got sued for it and had to extend their warranty for 5 years for compressor failures. If you bought the extended warranty it takes forever to get repairs. Ours will be down a month waiting. Bad service!
