We have had this refrigerator for three weeks, and I would rate it as average/good. The handle on the freezer lifts up as you pull the door out. That's a nice touch and makes it a bit easier to pull. I like the option of pushing the shelf in to make way for taller items. However, the water flow from the dispenser is very slow. It's as though the filter is old and needs to be replaced. I spoke with a technician through Geek Squad (that process was ridiculous and took nearly 45 minutes to schedule the appointment!!), and he mentioned that it may have a bad water valve. Not cool for a brand new refrigerator! I would only recommend this refrigerator if this issue can be rectified.

Refrigerator door won't hold two gallons of water or milk it was priced more than the bigger refrigerators

Purchased as open box, note said nothing wrong or anything missing got it home and was not cooling. Geek squad had to replace parts, then it was making noises. Returned and purchased different refrigerator.

Wanted stainless steel but needed specific size and found this one and I'm pleased as punch! great great product

If you have limited space this is the model for you. Interior space cannot be beat for the dimensions. Good customization features with the shelving and side bins. The 35" wide model had the dual ice makers which I would have loved to have seen on this model but such is life. That being said, it does take over 24 hours to get a full ice bin and the water dispenser does not seem to cool the water very much.

This fridge is not a regular width. This was not pointed out to us when we were shopping. Also, the setup for the water dispenser is weird. If you're not careful you'll get water all over your arm and floor. And then when you do figure it out, you have to use a glass with a very thin lip! We actually exchanged this fridge.

I just love my new frig. I have a side by side which I hate. This is so roomy. Great for the holidays!!

The refrigerator seems to work well and the built in ice maker is very efficient.

Very loud when running. Vibrates all the things in the door. I have tried to adjust the levels every way possible and still doesn't help. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you like to hear a dump truck running in your kitchen at all times.

AWSOME...ice maker takes up no room in the freezer. Adjustable shells are great. What else can I say

I like the look of it and the way I can get a lot of food in it, also easy to keep shelves clean.

Lots of room for a smaller footprint fridge. Like the ice dispenser. The LED lighting is nice as is the French door option. The water dispenser is a bit slow for my liking but ok. There are an assortment of noises due to the door shelves and compressor. Nothing terrible. Just not as quiet as our last two.

Good cubic feet. If you can't get a 36" fridge this is the best alternative without losing a lot of storage space. Most fridges these days are very similar so it's on par with its competitors. The one downside is the in-door water dispenser. It needs an arrow where the water comes out, it's really close to the button. Everyone who has used it so far had missed the first time and got the floor wet.

We love the French door layout. Appears to have more space than our previous frig.

I like the way it looks and the bottom freezer drawer. The refrigerator area looks more spacious than it is but after moving the racks around a bit it does hold more. I had expected it to hold more than my old side by side did but it is about the same. I don't have a lot of space so I had to go with this size in my kitchen. Works well and looks good overall.

Purchased this refrigerator in October 2018, wasn't my first choice but was limited on choices due to door size. In May the refrigerator went out, called LG support for troubleshooting, that didn't resolve the problem. Now I am waiting for LG to find a repair tech in the area for a service call they say it will take up to 5 days. RIDICULOUS, I lost all the food in my freezer and refrigerator and will be without one for over a week.

This is an excellent frig! It has so many features to it....most I didn't realize til the emails from Best Buy. From linear compressor to cooling sensors it's features are awesome. Love the water filtration system....I have never tasted such pure water.
