UNHAPPY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, the delivery was postponed 3 times. We were patient. When it finally arrived, it sounded like a boat and everything vibrated. At the store we were told that the delivery team must have forgotten to balance the fridge. When they came back to balance it, it solved the vibration but not the loudness. The store tried to have it repaired under the Geek Squad Protection that we purchased. But because we were within the return policy period we asked for a new one. Surprise!! it is not available. We were told I had to go to the store and pick out another one. We decided on the same model but in Stainless (which, originally, we wanted to get away from). By the time we got the Silver one delivered, it was different than the one we picked out, a totally different model, and this one was wider!! Thank goodness it fit (barely). It must be my luck right?

Poor Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was actually very excited to get this new fridge, however, the technicians were so incompetent that they couldn't figure out a way to disconnect the water line from my old fridge... Their solution was to leave the fridge without hooking that up... I told them to take the fridge back and reimburse me the money... When Best Buy called me to cancel the order they didn't care at all of what I had to say... POOR very POOR customer service. Awful!

Loud junk worthless

In my opinion this fridge is junk and I want my old fridge back that they destroyed conveniently.
