Loaded with features, large capacity and, quiet .. I am VERY PLEASED.

This fridge is roomy,sleek, and quiet. I love ease of opening the doors. The ice maker inside the door is slim and takes up minimal space.

Replaced a decades old GE Top Freezer (2003 Manufacturing date). This LG fridge increased my capacity by at least 33% and I love the ice and water dispenser. The water tastes better than my filtered water spout in the kitchen sink, and the icemaker dispenser is so convenient compared to my old fridge where I had to grab ice from the inside. I hope they sorted out their issues with the Linear Compressor and this lasts for a while. I don't know if it will last decades like my GE did. The only thing wrong with it was the icemaker, which is a $140 part. I didn't feel like the fridge was worth fixing so I gave it away.

Very happy with the layout and capacity of this refrigerator. We love the little ice cubes and there always seems to be a good supply. We’ve only had this refrigerator about sux weeks but so far we are very happy with it. Delivery went very smoothly and the delivery team was polite and professional . Overall a very good experience!

Overall, LG 24.5 cu. ft. capacity refrigerator is just what we were looking for. It fits in our designed opening and we gained a little more cubic feet of storage than the previous refrigerator. We like the water service and the option for cubed and crushed ice. I wish LG would make the printed name water/cubed/crushed indicators easier to read. When one is selected, there is a chime heard.

Love the size and capacity. Works well and it’s easy to open and close. I like the warning sound when a door is left open. Water and ice dispenser give water and ice a bad taste.

Love our new fridge. The exterior ice maker works great. It is large capacity fridge. Love the sliding bottom freezer drawers plenty of space.

As our matching "Kenmore Elite" was failing (due to the weakness of the previous generation of LG-manufactured compressor), it was very nice to know that we could purchase an updated LG with the same specs and capacity, and have it delivered to Cheyenne and installed within two days. While we miss certain features of the LG Kenmore (like the rollout shelving extension), this refrig is a good match, and we have confidence it's not going to crap out for more than a decade. Fingers crossed.

We purchased this fridge because we wanted an in-door ice and water dispenser, and it was one of the few that had that feature in the width that we could put it in. For the first few weeks, it was making about 5 cubes a day, which was extremely frustrating. Called LG and they sent someone out; the line that feeds the icemaker inside the door was crimped when assembled at the factory. 5 minute fix and it works exactly as we had hoped. Just wish it worked like that out of the box. Delivery and everything with Best Buy was seamless. The 5 cubic foot difference from previous fridge is a nice change as well.

We had a 30" wide Sub-Zero built in refrigerator that was failing, so we decided to switch it up to this LG that has the integrated water and ice dispenser (which the kids love), french doors, and slightly wider. We got the installation from Best Buy and it was fast and efficient. I was pretty amazed they were able to take the Sub-Zero out because it was soooooo heavy -- way heavier than the LG. This one has much more capacity, and it's nice having modern drawers, and a little bell to warn us that the door was left open. I haven't bothered to figure out how (or why) to use the wifi yet.

It keeps items colder than previous refrigerator. I like that a bell rings if door is not shut all the way. I thought it was going to be stainless all the way around but the sides are grey. Not my favorite color. Grey is such a depressing color. It definitely holds more than previous frig. Was a bit leery about freezer on bottom but it too, seems to hold more than my side by side. With the pull out drawers and lighting, it is easier to get to stored items.

Great refrigerator, great capacity for its size, very quiet, had the product for a month, pleased with the purchase.

There is SO much more room in this frig than the side by side we had before. I love how frozen pizza fits in better than the other frig. The little alarm when the door is open is funny but has reminded me to close the door. Really enjoying my new refrigerator.

This refrigerator was one of the few that would fit my kitchen. I am very pleased with the performance. It has good capacity and a large freezer section. I really like the bottom pull out freezer. Decent amount of ice and good water dispensing, though a little slow.
