A good looking and functional refrigerator. I never managed to get the wifi hooked up. My main concern is cosmetic. The unit is about a year old and is in a two mature adult household. The stainless exterior has proven to be subject to denting and dings. Neither my wife or I have a clue just what could have caused the dents. My guess is that the steel fronts are constructed of a very thin gauge and requires extreme caution in daily use. Also the plastic interior is of an equally thin construction as something obviously fell out from one of the shelves and managed to put a "smile" in the bottom level of the refrigerator compartment. (See photos). We did not expect an indestructible refrigerator but something this delicate leaves a lot to be desired. When guests come over we will post a sign on the fridge, "approach and handle with caution"!

Like the refrigerator. It has a ot of storage space. The only thing wrong with it is the ice maker is noisy and makes grinding noises when it drops the ice and finishes the cycle.

I loved the fridge and its design. Unfornately, I have been having a few issues with the door handles, rubber on the door, and the shelves. But over all, I like it.

Overall, it's a decent fridge so far. The fridge looks nice, but now that it's in my house there are things about it that I don't like. 1. The shelf and door compartments aren't laid out very well. A bottle of wine will NOT stand up inside the fridge OR in the door, it's too tall. There is part of a shelf that can be split in half to open up more space, but then there are items stored behind the bottles of wine. It seems strange to me that I would pull out items from behind tall bottles of liquid. 2. There is no butter compartment in the door. 3. We got the fridge about 3 weeks ago. The delivery person advised us to run 1-2 gallons of water through the water dispenser before it would taste good enough to drink. It's taken much longer than that. We had to run water into a glass and then pour that into our Brita filter for it to be drinkable. We've been doing that for the entire time we had the fridge because the water tasted like plastic, almost like that new refrigerator smell. Things I DO like: 1. The freezer is roomy. 2. I like the handle on the freezer, it lifts up to pull the drawer out. 3. It looks nice in the space. 4. The alarm on the door if it's not closed all the way is nice to alert you to close it. 5. I like the ice maker, I've never had one before. Overall, I guess it's ok. It makes loud knocking sounds that are not the ice maker, so I don't know what that's about. This is a 24.5 cubic foot fridge, but it cost a few hundred dollars more than the 30 cubic foot model. When we asked why, we were told that the other models sell more than this size. Since then I've measured fridges in my family and friends' homes and they all have this size fridge (32 in wide). . It was $2300! Within 2 weeks Best Buy put it on sale for $2000, so we were able to get the difference refunded, so that was really great. I may have opted for the Samsung with the flat front instead, it was a lot less expensive.

We just had this delivered this morning, and my husband took a few minutes just now to scope out the freezer ice maker and to his horror this isn't any! After much investigation we learned the description online indicates that the freezer ice maker is "optional" but after a deep dive into the Q&A section we've discovered that someone asked about this exact thing 2-years ago only to get an answer that states this model does NOT allow for a freezer ice maker but the details were never corrected online. We're bound by the width of our space to keep the model we have, so will have to manually dump the ice bin currently in the door into the plastic ice bin on the top shelf of the freezer. And how misleading is it to have the ice bin in the freezer in the pics online too?! We had delivery on a Friday, and must emphasize how excellent our delivery team was. Devon, the team lead, really checked everything including whether the frig would fit through the front door before beginning the project of removing our old frig and bringing in the new one. He removed our front door in fact which turned out to be brilliant even though I was initially nervous, and the job was completed without a single mark on any wall. It was raining like crazy and Devon helped me wipe down the unit with my paper towels before getting it into the tight space in the kitchen, which was truly appreciated. Please see the attached pics showing how this model includes a freezer ice bin without a freezer ice maker above it. There are holes on the inside of the left-side-top where an ice maker would attach, but that's all. So we're left with holes inside the frig that allow freezer temperatures to waft into the casement, weirdly enough. That hopefully doesn't cause its own issues, since it compromises the thermal cooling of the freezer. Good luck if you decide to purchase.

Awesome refrigerator in many ways: looks great, tons of space, the water/ice system is well designed and does not take up much door storage capacity.... BUT, even after 2+ months, the water STILL TASTES LIKE PLASTIC. We have run a lot of water through it (dozens and dozens of water pitchers) and it has not helped. It has a brand new filter and we have turned on the "Ice Plus Water Filter" mode to no avail. Trying a fresh glass as I write this review and it still has a strong taste of plastic. If we had known this, we never would have purchased it and can not recommend it to anyone...

I had Samsung refrigerator before and replaced to LG with good expectation. It is noisy time to time when making ice and sometimes don’t know what is causing it. The door on the left with an ice maker is heavy and makes loud when closing because it is bit heavy. The right side door is on the other hand, light that most of the time it doesn’t close by itself. Always hear alarm bell sound cause the door is not completely. Overall, it is bit disappointing.

One of the doors does not close easily, no matter how you try to balance the base. One of the plastic jugs hanging on the door was broken because of 3 cans of 222 milliliters of Coke and two bottles of beer were placed. the plastic over all look so cheap

This refrigerator is ok for what it is! Nothing real special about it!! But, I do not like the face that this size doesn't come with the dual icemaker! The size bigger and the size smaller both come with the dual icemaker, but this one doesn't!! It makes a big difference, since the ice maker is small!! We run out of ice all the time!! Now, there is an option to get a second icemaker, but of course it must be purchased separately, BUT it doesn't give the information of the exact kind to get! Searched all over the net, still can't find the icemaker that is used for the dual! Maybe when the stores open back up, I'll go in and try to get the model number off one of the displays in the store!!

Pretty!!! but loud for a refrigerator!!! Note: We had to replace the first one right after it was installed because the freezer didn’t freeze. The second one works great though and it has a lot of space

I had the Geek squad tech come out to repair issue with my refrigerator but when he couldn’t fix issue with the side of the refrig being dented & wavy he just said it was a manufactoring issue. This will have to be replaced. The problem I ran into is, this Refrigerator is on back order!

It keeps things cold. The cold water spout is so far forward that you need two hands to fill a small glass with water, The doors take some getting used to. I’m not crazy about the refrigerator but it’s the only one I could find that fits in the space I have for it. It’s not bad but I expected more.

We ordered 4 LG devices with one being a show room model. The show room model did not come with all the parts necessary to function and we were told that even though it has a good as new protection policy they can give us the missing part. Our washing machine being brand new had a dent in it and now we need to make another appointment to have it replaced . Best part of transaction was the initial salesman who helped us.

I truly like the refrigerator, however, I don't like the display pad. The display's thin coating has small dents all around it. I had the door replaced but the second door also has the problem with the display pad. I decided to keep it with the dents as they are minor but makes the refrigerator imperfect.

Delivered, late June. Three stars . . .so far. It looks good and fits well in my new kitchen. However, the ice and water taste awful. We have dumped ice and water to no avail. A call to LG led to a several minute call and finding out the wrong filter was sent. We are now waiting . . .waiting. It seems to work well but I would love some ice;

Ice dispenser makes a mess doesn’t go in glass door closes loud

I would have given this 5 stars but the water and ice from the dispenser isn’t drinkable - it tastes like plastic. There is nothing that can be done to change this. I don’t want to have to continue to purchase spring water to get good drinkable water.

We ordered this product and we are happy with its functionality except the water dispenser. It smells from day 1. The main line does not smell but as it goes through the filter, it smells bad and we do not know what would be solution to fix it.

Need more gallon storage in doors and adjustable shelves. Looks very nice
