Overall, a good buy. For the Price Point, OK quality but fair value for the dollar - other brands at this price point come with fewer issues and have a more solid and quality feel. PROS: * Gorgeous, clean design. Looks great in the space. * Super quiet 98% of the time (see cons for the 2% of the time it's not). * Spacious, efficient and well lit. Nice storage spaces, though if I'm honest I'd like better space for tall bottles like champagne to chill on a door rather than just flipping back the mini shelf, but perhaps that position is better for chilling. * The water and ice dispenser space is quite large allowing containers of all kinds of sizes! Love that. My Pogo water bottle is 40 oz so I'm glad it fits. * Clever and easy to use temp controls that have a nice range of temperature. * I like that there are good storage shelf spaces on the inside of both doors rather than the ice maker taking up all or most of one side. Nice design. * LOVE the deli drawer (or whatever else you might use it for) * Very spacious freezer with 2 tiers! Takes some pressure off my chest freezer in the basement Cons: * The ice maker whirrs regularly to test if more ice should be made, and it's a noticeable if not loud noise. At this price point I feel like that shouldn't be the case. * The housing for the water filter will not stay fully closed. I have tried tape, wedging something into the little clips to help then grip and then using tape, nothing works. It seems to be that the filter itself will not stay up in the locked position after being screwed in and puts pressure on the housing, forcing it open. * The shelves don't actually balance and stay level in their runners. They tip and sag. (Yes, the fridge is level, I checked) I've tried putting some paper towel under the front ends to help support them in place and it helps a bit but they still sag a bit in the center. * The drawer design for the freezer allows small animals like cats or small dogs to climb in behind it when open. The good thing is that it closes softly and gently so it can't harm or squish anything in there when you try and close it, and it will not close when blocked anyway. Still... This is probably not something that can be helped, it's just a fact of having a drawer, but it's something people should consider before buying and I truly never thought about that myself. * The button panel feels like cheap plastic that is not well connected to the underlying contact board of the fridge. * The ice dispenser can kick ice in unexpected directions across the room, the receiving container should be pretty close to the aperture to stop that from happening. * The top cover of the deli/produce drawer is fixed in place. It would be nice if it flipped up as the drawer is pulled out, as competing models at this price point do. Lastly, this has nothing to do with the product itself but does have to do with Best Buy. I purchased a "New" fridge and received one that was damaged in several ways indicating it was actually an Open Box. Honestly, I feel like that was poor faith and business and I was surprised. I always expected and got better from Best Buy. I don't know if it was to do with the Refrigerator Shortage going on or what, but customers should be aware that this may happen to them when buying an expensive appliance that is being delivered from Best Buy rather than one you pick up yourself. The store itself doesn't really know what's being sent to you from the warehouse and doesn't seem to care to have better control over that. In the end, there is a Refrigerator Shortage and my old one was about to die. I had no real choice and this was the first one I could find in the design I wanted that would fit my space and was actually available within the week instead of "maybe" 6 months or more. This is the nicest Fridge I have ever owned. I only hope it lasts as long as my last one.

I have had this fridge for about 2 months now. Appearance wise, it is a good looking fridge. It is more spacious than I originally thought. The ice maker works well but does not hold a large amount on hand. I only have two people in my home so it’s perfect. You can also empty the ice into the provided ice bin inside the freezer to stockpile it so it’s not a huge deal. The tall water dispenser is definitely convenient to have. I use blender bottles a lot so it’s nice not having to hold it at an angle. I do wish the water dispenser faster. I’m currently looking to see if that’s a water pressure issue on my end which is very likely. Everything has held up well so far. The stainless steel does not get fingerprints on it at all really. Didn’t think I would even use the smart functions but it is actually kinda interesting to see the data. The system check is actually kind of fun too as it detected I didn’t close the freezer all of the way one time. Overall it’s been solid for the first couple months.

This refrigerator takes up less space than our old side by side 28 year old refrigerator. We can see what we have in every part of our new refrigerator much better and it holds more food. The ice maker is completely contained inside of one door and dispenses ice water & ice from the tall outside shelf. The compact ice maker tub can be unlatched to transfer ice into the large bin in the bottom freezer for storing lots of ice. All the shelves and drawers are generously sized. I like filling my insulated mugs with fresh water and ice conveniently anytime.

Due to our older kitchen layout we elected to keep to the smaller size but want to maximize the refrigerator storage. This was one of the only models that offered water and ice on the French door with a bottom freezer. My kids enjoy the easy use of the water and ice on the outside of the French door. It works well for the month and almost a half that we have had it. It looks nice! The door offset is roughly 3/4”-1” for each French door, which is very shallow for the thickness of the doors. It does not sound like much until you have an exterior wall and no give room from the cabinets. No display model at store so found out at delivery when they were attempting to side it into place. Otherwise functions as it should. My kids, wife, and I approved and would recommend. It should be more efficient than our 21 year old refrigerator that it replaced.

This LG refrigerator replaces my previous LG fridge which lasted about 13 years before the compressor went caput. This model looks exactly the same and has most of the same features. However, the stainless steel finish on this new model is alot thinner in that it can scratch alot easier. Also the weight of the doors feel lighter and the shelves seem thinner. Overall the quality of materials feel cheaper. This model also has an air filter and previous one did not. Just hoping this new one will ger at least 10+ years. This size 33 width limited my options for immediate purchase.

The fridge is nice looking, but definitely is just average. Could have a few more bells and whistles to make it a bit more user friendly. The ice maker makes pretty small cubes and doesn’t have much storage in the actual maker. It does come with an ice storage bin in the bottom freezer drawer though, but I feel like that takes up a lot of storage space. We also haven’t been able to figure out how to adjust the doors if even possible. When shutting the doors, they literally slam shut and all our condiment bottles shake and rattle. We either have to gently hold the door as it shuts or it stays open unless you give it a good push. Not exactly a good soft close system. Only reason we chose this fridge is because of our size constraints. It was 1 of 2 that had the right size we needed and included water and ice dispenser on the outside of the fridge door. Wish I would have picked the Samsung but the salesman strayed us away from it.

While I am generally pleased with the refrigerator.....and because it is one of the few that fit in the space I have, I had to order it without seeing it. My error. The two issues I have are 1) not enough interior space for tall pitchers even by pushing the one shelf back halfway and 2) not place to put butter dishes.

100% great choice. We got it from the outlet so the price was also so sweet. Not giving 5 stars because the ice switch is a bit confusing.

Not a bad fridge. I wish they made this size with more features like some of the bigger ones. Very few options for a 33.5inch space

I needed to get a refrigerator that would fit in a recessed wall. The sales person spent a great deal of time to research what was available for me. I can’t rate the actual product because it’s too soon to evaluate

With french doors it’s easier to find and remove all items that we need

I didn’t have much choice since I needed a 33” refrigerator and the supply was all on back order. This one had my minimum requirements: An ice maker and water in the outer door and a flex drawer. The flex drawer was not as big as I had hoped, and you had to access it from the inside of the refrigerator (unlike the Samsung I had which had a much larger outside-access drawer). The ice maker is in the upper door which adds room to the adjacent top shelf, but does make the door thicker, thus a bit heavy. The freezer is roomy but the lighting for the lower drawer is dim because it relies on the light from the upper shelf. Not a deal breaker. The model has one compressor, not two (like the Samsung) so I’m hoping it doesn’t break down. I understand refrigerators aren’t made to last very long. The Samsung I had a leaking faulty ice maker and other problems that couldn’t be repaired. I only had it for 7 years.

Not a LG fan, but after 1 month, was happy with this refrigerator. For only 33" wide, it has a lot of space inside. Reached temp fairly quickly. Monitored temp for a few day, and it was pretty close. The WiFi works nice as it tells you how many times the doors were open, energy usage.... The app works very well. The ice machine does not hold much ice, but in ice plus mode, it will make it faster some how. What I do not like about it would be the delays on getting water and ice to drop, changing dispenser modes. Hope this model does not fall into the bad compressor issue. So far, so good.

Love the size and capacity. Works well and it’s easy to open and close. I like the warning sound when a door is left open. Water and ice dispenser give water and ice a bad taste.

Nice Fridge, very roomy to store food, shelving is adjustable freezer is roomy large ice tray to store extra ice. love the water dispenser and ice maker which was the purpose of buying the refer. upper doors seal very well. runs very quiets. easy install. Semi Bad Does not come with holder for excess water dispenser. ice machine spits out crushed ice when wanting cube ice. ice sprays unless you have large cup or you need to put cup very close to ice dispenser. so far satisfied.

This is a good refrigerator, but we chose it because we had to have a width of less than 34 inches. It was one of the few with three doors and an ice maker that was large enough. I love the feature that dings if the door is open, and the water/ice in the door is nice. You do have to hold the cup right under the ice dispenser, or it will make a mess, but it is not the problem other people have said. My only complaint is the price is higher than some other larger, wider models, and I feel it is priced higher because there are basically very few options for this specific size. Otherwise, it has performed well and I don’t wave reservations recommending it.

So far very happy with my purchase. Only had it for about 6 weeks. It’s roomy the door shelves are very deep. Ice maker works well and is daily quiet. Only issue is the right side door really has to be given a good push for it to close. Thankfully there is an alarm that alerts you to it being open. Hopefully in time it will loosen up and close easier.

Refrigerator fit perfectly in the 33" wide space. We wanted to maximize the storage space and love the adjustable shelves, deli drawer, and icemaker in the door which frees up space. Set up was simple, we even installed a new water line from the sink ourselves using YouTube. Fridge was pricey but the bigger con so far is the loud, intermittent buzzing noise. Also no real benefits of Alexa or Google Assist.

So far, so good. Time will tell if this was a good choice in refrigerator. Some features I like, and some I do not. First time to have water/ice on the door. I like the convenience, but the door is top heavy and slams if you are not holding it back. I noticed right away that the thickness of the shelves is less than my previous LG which was 13 years old. I hope they hold up. Don't think I will use the WI-FI feature.

We love this LG refrigerator the ice maker makes a full tray of ice cubes daily if you allow it to make ice continuously. The size is adequate for us two retirees.
