We've owned this model for a little over five years now and today it died. We've had a number of issues with it over the years but managed to keep it running for a while. It did an okay job of cleaning dishes but I felt a bit underwhelmed by its performance. Very disappointed that it only lasted 5 years. Probably will not buy another LG.

The dishwasher is good. When they delivered, they said they did not response for installation and haul away. We went to the store, the manager schedule a date to install it.

LG is a great brand. Beautiful, dependable and very quiet during operation.

Best dishwasher we have bought. Have had 3 in 12 years. Surpasses with leaps and bounds from the Kitchen Aid we had that we had for only 7 years. Price does not dictate quality. This is worth the cost!!!

So I purchased this unit when i first bought my house,,, the installer came and screwed up installation and I had a flood in my kitchen. The unit failed after 5 months and Best buys warranty handled it great... not 4 years later it fails again out of warranty...

Is a good unit for the price, it does leave the dishes a little wet so you have to add extra drying time. But been using it for 3 weeks and it's going good!

This thing does a great jod cleaning the dishes and it is so super quiet

Coming from a very old dishwasher, this one seemed like a page out of science fiction. So many more features that improve the cleaning of the dishes. The only drawback so far is the absence of a heated drying cycle. Instead it is a simple air circulation cycle. Dishes are still a bit wet when they come out.

We were shopping for a new dishwasher. We have always favored LG products. After looking at several dishwashers, we decided on the LG. The rack slid in and out better than other dishwashers we looked at and since we purchased the dishwasher, we are completely satisfied with the performance. All dishes, silverware, bowl, plus plastic come out perfect and glasses are clear without spots. The hybrid drying cycle is perfect, drying the dishes and all in the dishwasher.

It does a great job cleaning and is very quiet so you dont hear it.

got a cheaper price since the door had a dent on the side and it don't leak so I'm happy about that so I saved about 250 bucks
