It is very quite and cleans the dishes better than any other we have ever had

Great dishwasher! Had to order it in cause out of stock, came earlier then they expected!! A+++ love the options on dishwasher with different levels for washing!!

Our LG dishwasher has performed poorly from day one. Dishes and pots & pans come out of the machine covered in streaks of food. Called Best Buy and they gave us the number for LG customer service. Called LG numerous times and all they did was defer to our method of loading, detergent quality, water quality, etc. . . they addressed everything but the possibility of machine failure . Finallly convinced them of the need for a service call, after sending them our proofs of purchase they agreed to set up an appointment to arrange for a service call - not THE service visit - just an appointment to set up a service call. That was a week ago - still waiting for a call from LG for a date that they will send someone out. Meanwhile, we wash the dishes by hand, this is ridiculous!

Our previous dishwasher lasted 20+ years until it "died". Based on reviews this one sounded good. So far, results are mixed. For the most part it is working well. Based on review comments we took the extra time to be sure it was installed level so there wouldn't be leaks. It is very quiet when operating and I'm quite sure its more energy and water efficient than our previous unit however... our biggest challenge continues to be how to best load our dishes to ensure they clean properly. Our dishes do not behave like the pretty ones in the LG photos and videos. There is no way we could load ours like the pictures. The lower rack tines are too short and not spaced to hold our plates up so the plates fall over and then don't clean properly. Highly recommend you check your plates for fit! I have been quite impressed with the dry cycle and how dry plasticware comes out - and even the "dimples" in the bottom of our glasses are usually dry. The racks are certainly quite adjustable but I rarely put large items (and never pots) in the dishwasher - just need it to clean my dishes! Also still trying to figure out the "smart" features of the machine that supposedly adjust wash cycle based on how dirty your dishes are. Have a hunch this could be why some loads don't seem as clean as they should be - we may have scraped or pre-rinsed too much! We continue to work on how to load our plates - and are looking at ways to possibly extend the lower rack tines so they are tall enough to keep the plates upright. Perhaps tubes or "straws" to slip over the existing tines? Lastly, although there is a display on the front telling you how much time is left in the cycle, you don't know where in the cycle you are. That would be nice to know.

Bought the dishwasher as a replacement for a rental property. So far, no complaints. Fits very well with the other stainless steel products and runs pretty quiet.

I bought a Dish Washer at Best Buy, I paid for the Installation, they came to my house, installed it, and the machine suddenly stopped and never stared again, no power at all. I called Best Buy customer service, after 2 hours explaining the situation to different departments, the told me to call LG(the manufacturer). I called LG, the sent the Technician to my house and determined the Dish Washer was installed Erroneously by Best Buy, and off course, I had to pay again, for the re-installation $192.60.

I purchased this unit as a floor model. The price was great. The unit itself is great. Very quiet and awesome features. I only have one issue. The store left the product information label on the unit so when I got it home and removed the label there were 2 15" strips of foam tape I got the pleasure of removing from the front of the stainless steel

This dishwasher is a lot quieter than the previous dishwasher I had. My only complaint is that it takes a long time (1 hr 24m) to go thru a quick cleaning.

Not a fan of this dishwasher at all. I had another LG dishwasher for years and wish I had kept the shelves and utensil basket and used them for this dishwasher. Other reviewers are rights, tines that hold the dishes easily fold over but the utensil basket is the worst. Keeps coming apart (and yes I've put it together correctly). It also doesn't sit well in the dishwasher- there's just one little hook in the middle of it that attaches it to the shelf, so if you don't balance out the silverware basket tips. Dishwasher is very loud and distracting.

Love that it has a water coming out from the top and bottom.

Roomy and sleek. Adjustable prongs for hard to fit items. When the bottom rack is full, it can go off track and is a challenge to adjust.

Moving racks on top and bottom provide a lot of options to accommodate large pots or more plates, etc. Super clean dishes!
