The dishwasher is sleek and beautiful with lots of space for dishes as well as pots.

This item is so quiet we have to stoop down to the door to hear if it's on. The upgrades since we bought our last one (15 years ago) are spectacular. I love LG products

This was one of the most expensive dishwashers in the store. I knew the electronics would be superb because I trust LG. However, the actual dishwashing leaves something to be desired. Unless I use the "power scrub" cycle (which takes an hour longer), I must scrape all the dishes. I didn't need to scrape with my old dishwasher and wouldn't have gotten rid of it except the timer pooped out!

Dishwasher was very easy to install. The only complications I had was finding the mounting hardware. It turns out it was in the silverware tray with a note that said, "hardware is in the silverware tray" (very convenient). It was a little tricky to get the hose and power lines from the back up to the front while pushing the dishwasher back, but I solved that by tying a couple of strings to them and having my son pull them as I pushed it into place. It is very easy to load and holds a lot of silverware. The silverware holder can be put into different locations to accommodate your dishes. and as the summary says, I was very impressed with the level of noise. First run, my dishes were cleaner than my old washer could produce. So far, my only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the door lock is a little odd. It isn't a latch, you just shove it shut and pull it open. Kind of picky I know, but it's just "different"

The dishwasher operates very quietly, as advertised. So far, we have no complaints with it's operation or washing results.

I picked this model because it is supposed to be very quiet and also it has an "upper rack only" wash cycle. It sure is super quiet but found out that "upper rack only" cycle uses just as much water, time and energy which was a disappointment. Nevertheless I am happy with my purchase and is a great change from my basic model that came with the house. Being able to modify the racks to fit large bowls and wine glasses (lay them at an angle) is a definite plus.

Really happy with the dishwasher. It is very quiet and have different settings. The only thing I see is a down fall is the door is very low to the ground I am afraid of stepping on it.

My original choice was to get a Maytag at Lowes, but they delivered a damaged unit and then were jerks about the return, so we went elsewhere. We needed a dishwasher that day, so this was the model Best Buy had in stock and I'm glad we got it! Installation: I'm not sure why other people had trouble with the installation. We replaced a 20-year old dishwasher and this model was incredibly easier to install. We did not need any extra pieces (the water line just hooks straight into it) and directly wiring was straight forward. The drain hose was already attached to the unit, so we just needed to attach it to our existing plumbing. One thing I loved about adjusting the feet is the front feet can be adjusted with a 1/4" ratchet and the back feet are adjust from the front by turning a screw. This was great as we could slide the dishwasher into place and then adjust the feet for a perfect fit. Installation from start to finish including unpacking and such took maybe an hour. Dishwasher function: We went from an old unit that hardly cleaned anything, so maybe I'm just amazed at the new technology. This thing works great! I like the adjustable top rack and the fact that every tine on the bottom can be folded down which make adding any type of dishes easy. I loaded the dishwasher up with dishes that had been sitting a few days and some with bake on crud because I wanted a good test. I used Cascade rinse aid and a Cascade Platinum cleaning pack. The dishes came out sparkling clean! Not a single spec of food left on those things. I am incredibly impressed about that. The unit is also pretty quiet. If I am in the kitchen I can still hear it running, but it is not annoying at all. I can't hear it running in any other part of the house. Another thing I like is all the room for dishes! There are some things I've noticed that I guess could be a con, but do not bother me much. A normal cycle takes about 3.5 hours and the quick cycle take about 1.5 hours. I was surprised at first, but after research found this is pretty typical for newer dishwashers. When the dishes are done this unit makes a musical chime which is kind of goofy in my opinion. Also, there is no status light indicator to let you know dishes are clean. We have a little magnet that indicates dirty our clean from our last dishwasher, so again not a big deal to me. Overall this unit is fantastic and I am glad this is the one we ended up with. For the price, this unit is a fantastic mid-grade model and you will not be disappointed! One thing to note: Make sure to register your product if you did not buy the Best buy protection. The warranty is 2-year limited; 5-year limited on the control board and rack parts; 10-year limited on the motor; Lifetime on the door liner and tub. The employee at Best Buy insisted this unit only had a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, but she was wrong about that. One thing she was correct about is the manufacturers warranty does not pay for the labor costs, so if you are not comfortable fixing it yourself it would be worth looking into a protection plan. I think it started off at $70 for two-years.

I think it is a nice looking dishwasher. I enjoy the chiming sounds it makes when starting and finishing.

Simple operation, very quiet operation. Good capacity. Very long cycle time. (2 hours 40 min for standard wash cycle). Adjustable rack fingers inside don't like to stay in position making some issues for larger plates. Have to use rinse aid, or glasses are cloudy. Even then, not always consistently shiny clean with glasses.

Good looking and stylish bought this to match the lg fridge and stove- takes two hours and is not the quietest washer- on hindsight I'd get a stainless steel ge profile washer- plus side dishes come out clean though I have trouble finding the right placement for wine glasses.

Our old dishwasher spit the bit right after Thanksgiving so we had to get a new one. We like how quite it is and the top basket lowers/raises which is nice. Looks sharp. I have to re-read the manual but I wish the "done" light automatically stayed on once finished. We can never remeber if we ran it or not 8) It does need the "dri-rinse" aid to do the job. Kind of cool that it has a short cycle where you can just wash the top rack.

Love the adjustable racks it makes putting larger items a whole lot easier to fit.

The dishwasher is great, although the shortest cycle runs over an hour. Wish that there was a shorter cycle for a normal wash cycle.

Need to follow the loading instruction - just the revers of the previous unit
