I was delighted when I first received the dishwasher but very quickly regretted my purchase. Parts of the shelf are collapsible to hold more and bulkier items but the problem is when I want them to stay up they constantly fold down. The dishes do not stay upright but lay against each other which prevents proper cleaning. I need a Geek squad tech right now as the doors do not close properly. I have only had the dishwasher 30 days. I have to put rinse aid in after every use despite putting the dispenser at a lower setting (the light constantly blinks to add more). Tried calling LG as this is within the warranty period and they are no help- unable to reach a tech but get emails on different things to try to fix problems myself.

well first I ordered an LG dishwasher but after four attempts at deliveryand bringing a damaged dishwasher and I'll kind of the other stuff I went and got the Bosh,they gave me some money off since things so badly I've had the boss show but a week and a half and when I went to do my third load of dishes those are frozen code on the computer and it wont turn on I'm waiting till next Monday to have someone to come and look at it its been a disaster

It does not clean well at all. There are streaks on the dishes when done. The dry cycle leaves the dishes way to wet when finished.

This LG dishwasher perfectly cleans my dishes, pots and pans, glasses and utensils. It has various settings including a quick cycle and upper only cycle. I have used every feature so far, and they all work efficiently and effectively as designed. On top of that, it is very quiet. I highly recommend this appliance to anyone!

I bought this dishwasher last year and it doesn't get the dishes clean. We prewash our dishes first and somehow they come out dirtier than they went in. I own the worlds most expensive dish strainer. I now wash the dishes by hand and put them in the dishwasher, leaving the door open, to air dry. Also it makes the awfullest noise when running. It is a very loud machine.

Cleans pretty well. long run time but who cares, I'm sleeping.

Only had it for half a month and it is working great. Still trying to figure out how to load it.

We scored this DW for $499 plus $49 install and free haul-away during Christmas. The install team was professional and did a great job. No complaints and everything exactly as expected!

This LG Dishwasher is very quiet, washes well, with lots of room for all kinds of plates, pots, flatware, cups, glasses etc.. Adjustable slots are very clever. Simple design. Very happy with our purchase.

Best Buy We purchased the dishwasher online. However, unknown to us, the delivery folks and install folks are separate. Not only is this an inconvenience to have to schedule another day but also incur an extra charge. Who would buy an appliance without install?
