I always buy from Best Buy because they have what I want

dont know if it just broke or installed wrong. they wont tell me. had to upgrade.

BOTTOM BASKET CONTINUESLY FALL OFF TRACK AND DISHES ARE ALWAYS FALLING OVER IN RACK

We like it but it is not like the old one. Wife like to have a electric heater.

Not very happy with thi model. Dishes don't come out clean

The dishwasher is good but it takes too long to run.

This LG diswasher is extremely quiet and effectively cleans and dries most loads. It is a bit of a pain to level during install and it's lower tray sometimes comes off the track, but those are the biggest issues.

I purchased this dishwasher as a open box, because it was a display item from my local Bestbuy store in Moline Illinois, knowing it was missing mounting brackets was no big deal, I had it delivered to my house and when I tipped it over to attach the power cord I noticed that it was missing some sort of electronical hardware underneath the dishwasher as there is a wire connector not connected to anything and 2 screws screwed slightly into a area where something should be mounted to. I have been getting the run around from bestbuy customer service and LG on how to get it fixed.

After doing a lot of online research I decided on this model. It is a mid range model and found it to be the best value for the money. I installed it myself with ease. I found it to be very solid compared to other brands I looked at in store. Capacity is great, 3 crockpots on the bottom rack. Cleans better than any dishwasher I've owned. The best thing of all, it's quiet, I had to put my ear up to it to make sure it was running.

The dishwasher does a fairly decent job washing the dishes. The only issue we have is that the buttons are so touchy on the front of the dishwasher. Anytime anyone or anything rubs against it, it will turn off completely which is super frustrating when you're mid way through the wash and you have to start over.

My wife and I bought the dishwasher about 4 months ago. We are very happy with it. It's very quiet. So much so that I have to walk up to it and look at the display or listen carefully to tell that it's running. It get's our dishes very clean (Of course most our stuff is rinsed well before we put it in). Our only complaint is that the child safety lock does little good. It prevents the operation of some buttons, but a 3 yr old can still walk up and push the power button. When this happens, it's not like an old dishwasher where the knob is still sitting in the same place and you can just lock it again for it to continue the cycle. You have to restart the wash all over again from the start.

I was a little sceptical about the hybrid design, not having a drying heater. But it works great...better than the Kitchaid it replaced. The thing is huge inside, and takes a lot of dishes to fill it up. The best I've used! Just make certain you use the wetting solution, as recommended.

I bought this dishwasher almost two years ago. It seems as though every six months without fail, it breaks. I don't know if I have a lemon, but I would not purchase this dishwasher again, given the information I have now. I need a 3rd pump mechanism and just yesterday it had another error come up. The new error isn't even in the manual!!

We replaced an old dishwasher with this LG and are extremely satisfied. It's quiet and washes the dishes well. Also very flexible when loading dishes. My 1 year old likes it because it plays a little song when you unlock it....

The only saving grace is that my dishes are clean. However, my dishes are sopping wet and there is some water in the basin of the dishwasher as well. Not standing water, but droplets. The dishes are not even warm after a cycle. I literally have to dry every dish that comes out of this thing, which defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher in the first place. In order to get my dishes remotely dry I have to run the sanitary setting and the extra dry (as recommended in the user manual for troubleshooting poor drying). These extra parts of the cycle make the entire process take 3.5 hours. I think that is an excessive amount of time. I got this dishwasher as part of a package deal during a holiday sale. I wish I had just gotten the dishwasher I was planning to get, as it had better reviews.

The LG is a Good dishwasher and by far the best I have Had. We have had it a couple of months and it is nice to have clean dishes. I wont say anything about the Maytag Junk it replaced, but this is far greater a product. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a button lock when it is in use. If you open the door it will restart where it left off but if you hit the power button by accident then you will have to start all over again. I suggest that it be set back under counter a bit and not flush with counter like I have mine. That will give the power button a little protection. But this is a small issue that will be overcome it time and I highly recommend this model.

It has been a nightmare owning an LG Dishwasher. The motor became defective in less than one year, emitting a high, loud whistling sound. Many people have complained about this problem, but LG's foreign call center will have you try different things like vinegar and don 't reveal the other complaints. Worse than their appliances is their lack of service. They referred me to a repair shop that refuses to repair LG appliances. The second option was a shop that has not called me back after several weeks - I don't think it is a legitimate company. They sent someone out who wrote down that we needed to order a motor part and never came back, referring me to the main number that never calls me back. The repair person said that he gets lots of LG appliance repair calls, one with a range that soared to burning temperatures. The repair guy said that LG pays them per appointment and not per hour, so a few minutes or hours is paid the same. This may be why the repair person never came back. He charged LG for the quick visit and said he had other appointments and would return with the part, which never happened. Save yourself the nightmare. Also, look on other sites for the real reviews. Best Buy had high ratings for this product, but a non-retail site rated LG a one star with hundreds of complaints. We are still waiting for a repair person to come out after a few weeks of having to hear a high pitched sound and worry about the defective motor.

I purchased this dishwasher due the reviews. My worry was the direct drive motor. I have only owned the dishwasher 7 months and the motor failed on Thanksgiving Day. I called in a request to LG and Best Buy. Best Buy would not touch it because it was under the manufacturers warranty and even though I purchased a extended warranty. LG gave me the worst costumer service I have ever received. I waited over two weeks for the promised support which never came even after I made multiple phone calls. I finally had to buckle down and do some research to try and find someone locally to repair this thing. The closest authorized repair service was over 50 miles away. i will add to this saga as it continues to play out. So BUYER BEWARE.. LG will get you and you will get a horrible dishwasher.

It looks simple but has a lot of great feature. The best thing is that it is so quiet.

dishwasher was installed and the look is great, the sound level is great! I wanted a dishwasher that works good and could hold a lot and this one works better then I expected.
