I looked into many reports and comments on dishwashers the main one was it's quiet, OK. What I dislike is the rack systems, angle of tines and the flimsy plastic set up to hold position or lack of! This appears as a pretty common area on some brands and models, non adjustable at all on others I inspected. LG is not stellar in this area, maybe I will just attach a tie wrap to help hold the positions. The slight remaining trapped moisture on some items is minor if you don't open the door before the complete drying cycle has completed helps. Yes, if it spills on the stainless steel inside door surface it does looks "ugly" during unloading, but it does do a great job of cleaning dishware. I have a large open concept home in the woods and the flashing blue LED works great as a security & night lite. Thank you for reading my review.

When I purchased this item I thought it is a very good quality . After that from the first use l found out that this dish washer is bad , the dishes come out dirty , the glass cups come out with white spots every time, I tried many different detergent such as cascade,finish, .. Lemishine booster.... Everything !! And I tried all the cycles :the normal , the heavy cycle, the dual control , and the auto one all of them they didn't work . Let say 1/3 of the dishes come out dirty . I called LG many times during the first year they didn't help !! -Now I have this item 14 months -. Today I called Best Buy the gave me an appointment for the next week , I hope they will do something. I added some pictures You will see how the dishes and how the dishwasher itself become after the cycle done!

Dishwasher cleans fine, but takes up to 3 hours to run a heavy duty cycle. Even with choosing Extra Dry cycle the dishes come out with water on them. The stemware racks do not hold stems. Not a win-win.

This is a very good dishwasher. I was somewhat worried by the bad reviews about this dishwasher not cleaning and drying correctly. If you rinse your plates off which we do you will not have a problem. The dishes do get dry and the extra 3rd rack is nice. I am very satisfied with this dishwasher. It even plays a song when it is finished.

Purchased several LG products in the last year, dishwasher has great room! Love the third rack but both the dishwasher & dryer purchased a few weeks earlier needed repair already. Best Buy got someone out right away but I may rethink LG next time if I have any further issues.

This product is easy to install and very user friendly

This washer can hold a lot of dishes which is great for a big event. The ability to change the height on the second rack makes it perfect for pots and pans. The third top rack is great for lids to containers and large cooking utensils.

quiet running, in fact cant really hear it at all. No issues getting dishes clean even items that are in the corners of the racks. The third rack for flatware is ok but for its functionality, I would rather have the option of moving the second rack higher and get rid of the flatware rack all together. Often times I remove the third rack so I can put taller items on the second rack. The running time is insane. Event on the fastest setting it still takes nearly 2 hours.

Dishwasher is quiet and works well, although we are finding out that the 3rd rack is more in the way than useful. This is our 2nd LG dishwasher and only because we moved the 1st into our bar, they work well and very few issues.

I purchased this dishwasher to replace a 20 year old one. The first thing I noticed was the sound - or the lack of it. It is so quiet I had to put my ear to it to make sure it was working. The dishes come out clean and uses less water. All the tines turn down on the bottom to make any arrangement needed for pots.

Nice and quiet and does a nice job. I have it hooked up to a water softener and think it could do a better job actually cleaning. There are always leftover bits on the dishes and glasses. Just be prepared to prerinse.
