This dishwasher is top of the line so then why did my cheap old basic builder grade dishwasher never leave black spots and white marks all over my dishes as this one? Same detergent. I do not want to use special rinse, special dishwasher detergent. Just normal inexpensive as always to wash. No extra cost for special rinse. Just work on normal products please. Well no, it doesn't. Not happy. I do like quiet sound and 3rd rack for silverware, but it too got black spots. Sorry, this is uncalled for. Pretty design with not so clean dishes is very bad. I also do not like that the dishes do not stand up straight in the racks. They fall over Would you think for the money I would not have this problem? Not convinced top of line worth it.

I researched LG products for a LONG time before deciding on them, vs Samsung. Very happy with my choice. The Best Buy installation went smoothly and the gentlemen was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. The dishes are very clean, and this may seem very minor, but I enjoy the 'song' at the end of the cycle. Lots of options for cleaning cycles. Not sure I like the third rack at the top, seems to interfere with the glasses in the next lower rack, but I'm sure in time that I will adjust to this feature.

Dishwasher works great and is quiet. Downfall is the racks are rusting already and appliance is less than 2 years old!

So far, so good. We've only run a few loads thru our new dishwasher, everything has come out clean and it is extremely quiet.

For $900 I would expect it to get it clean. But, the silverware still comes out dirty and the third rack might actually hinder the second rack from cleaning everything completely. However after researching everything else it's still seems to be the best dishwasher on the market especially over this Bosch.

Very good value for a top notch dishwasher. Loads of features, cleans well and very quiet.

I finally forced myself to change out my old dishwasher and with many regrets I immediately knew I had made a big mistake. Pros: sleek design, digital, third top rack. Cons: Dishes were still dirty after running the machine twice, dishes were not dry, bottom rack kept slipping off track, silver wear trays did not fit securely on bottom rack.

My only critique is that a light that says when dishes are clean or dirty would be really helpful.

Moved to a new house and the builder included basic dishwasher that was very noisey. We had a previous LG at our old house. Replaced the builders dishwasher with this new LG. Super quiet and does a great job cleaning.

Best product for the price.The dishwasher looks great and does not make noise when washing. I am very happy with the product.

I love the layout of this dishwasher. The three racks make it so easy to load and fit everything in. This dishwasher is also so quiet that you don't even know it is running. I love this dishwasher!!

The bottom rack comes off alignment very easy. If your load is full of plates or heavy pots and pans you have to physically pick up the rack to almost shove it into the dishwasher. I either got the wrong rack or this is a terrible design. Cleans dishes fine but if I ever have back problems I'm not going to be able to do the dishes.

This has to be my favorite thing that I bought for my Kitchen! You almost cant hear it on unless your ear is next to it! No more turning up the tv or waiting until bed to run the dishwasher! the only thing I wish the bottom racks adjusted in a different manner have issues making the plates stand up they lean over... but that's it!

The tub area is HUGE. However, it takes over 2 hours to do a load of dishes under the normal cycle. The quick and dry takes 1 hour 19 minutes. I find that to be extremely long. My old dishwasher under the pots & pans setting only took maximum 45 minutes, if that. Don't like that it takes so long. Doesn't seem very energy efficient then.

The cycle time is a bit long but I have been quite happy with this product. It does have some noise, but doesn't disturb television or anything. If it last as well as it works I'm a dedicated customer.

Very quiet and did a very good job cleaning. Very comparible to the Bosch I previously had in another kitchen.

I love my new dishwasher!!! It's great because there is only two if us so I can do half loads. I love the fact that it has so many options to choose from.

I love this dishwasher! Silverware rack on top is great. took awhile to find a detergent I liked. Turns out costco brand pods work best for me. Important to keep rinse aid container full.
