The install was screwed up because Best Buy did not send the correct delivery men as they were to have installed it when delivered. Dishwasher is no better at cleaning dishes than the old one I replaced. It leaves food on dishes, no "scrubbing" going on. It also does not work well without the "rinse agent". Controls are hard to read on the edge of the door. takes 21/2 hours to cycle

I am sure that this dishwasher performs great. But I returned it after some thoughts. Sales associate really push for this item after I went over there for a kitchenaid dishwasher. 10 year warrenty sounded real good but it does not dry the dishes. So I returned it for what I originally wanted to get.

Sales associate spent a lot of time explaining the different machines, features, etc... We choose correctly highly recommend.

This item works great. One problem is that it does not dry all the way but if you don't mind drying your dishes it works great.

Very happy with this dishwasher. Was unsure about the trap setup but it is very easy to clean. Overall the quality is great!

After owning this dishwasher for 5 months one I have yet to figure out how to efficiently load it. The glasses wobble on most of the rows. Cereal bowls on the lower rack come out with a soap film no matter what brand of soap and rinsing agent I buy. They are fine on the middle rack but that provides even less space for glasses which we use more of. I find running it at about 3/4 full and rinsing before loading is best. Not what I expected when I bought it.

Much quieter than expected. Great options to lower top rack and appreciate 3rd rack on top for skinny items.

My dishwasher is very nice but it is not as quiet as my Bosch.

I've had the LG for about a month now and am not a fan: when the door is open you have to bend nearly to the floor to reach it to close it. As others have commented, it is so very quiet that you can't tell if it's running or not. Cycle runs for 2 1/2 hrs yet the dishes are minimally clean. The soap dispenser is touchy to close, especially if your aim with the soap wasn't perfect. As others have also mentioned, dishes come out very wet, which seems to lead to dampness in the machine which, along with the food odors on dirty dishes causes a really bad odor to persist. Finally, I'd thought the 3rd shelf would be helpful for large knives and serving spoons that don't fit in the regular silverware basket (and it is), but the net result is that it blocks the top shelf from being able to hold taller glasses, especially stemware. All in all--very disappointed!
