Great picture quality, fab price for an LG product

This tv is defective with lines and black squares inside the screen. Purchased online and picked up in the store on December 21, 2016. Returned to the store today (December 26, 2016) to exchange it and I was told that the television is damaged, so they can't exchange it. This is a rip off!!! My 6 year old son never got a chance to use the tv for his game for Christmas because as soon as we turned it on the screen was totally messed up. Save your money!!! I DO NOT recommend this product! Another lady was returning her LG tv in the store as well and they told her the same thing, that it was damaged and couldn't exchange it or give her a refund. Don't do it!!!!!!!!!

Great TV for a small apartment for those who are looking for value and do no mind just one HDMI port, which I hooked up Google Chrome to.

This LG 24" tv went to blue screen in a little over 2 weeks from purchase online. Because it was over 15 days old Best Buy wouldn't replace it. So now I'm waiting with no tv while they fix it. It has been a week and they just now ordered the parts. Be sure and buy service plan with anything you buy at Best Buy. I've bought LG washer broke a little over warranty. Samsung refrigerator that leaks water in floor with no warranty just after 2yrs old. There not a gimmick these days you need the extra warranty.

Beware to the buyers who wants to use the USB port on this TV. Yes, there is a USB port. But it is only for "service only". I'm disappointed in this TV because of the description on this TV.

This TV is perfect for me as it is in a bedroom and only used to watch the local news before bed. But the off axis viewing angle is HORRIBLE; you have only the middle third of the viewing triangle where the picture looks fine; move to the left third or the right third and it is very very bad. All the color disappears and the picture is totally washed out. Yes, I'm used to Plasmas which are great in this area but I bought two Vizios, a D series and and E series as gifts and they were dramatically better. With those TV the viewing angle was good for about 120 degrees vs the 60 degrees on this set. So, if you want this to watch football with come friends in a small but wide room, forget about it. BTW I checked two as I bought two. The first one lasted less than 24 hours before my 7 pound cat tried to jump on it, (like she did the old Tube TV), and as it is so light, fell 5 feet off the dresser to the floor. So this is a problem with the design, not my particular TV. Best Buy was decent enough to let me buy the second set at the same Black Friday price I had paid initially which was very nice.

I purchased this TV and it never looked right from the beginning, Then came the big day I had lines going up and down across the screen. Was told it had to go to a repair shop, and the repair shop told me no, they don't fix 24 inch TV's. Had to send it back to LG, got it back, and the colors and tints are different on the left and right side of the screen, and the picture is blurry. Now, I have to send it back to LG for another one of their fixes. I guess they just keep doing bad fixes until the 1 year warranty is over. I will never buy another product fromLG or Best Buy.

This would work well as a monitor but not as a TV. The volume at highest level can't be heard unless right in front of it.

The speakers are very small and tinny sounding. No audio output to hook up external speakers or headphones. No good for people who are hearing impaired. I have started saving for a different television.
