Great, but the wrong color

It has all of the features she wanted, and we have great confidence in the reliability of LG televisions, but she wanted a television with a black frame. The sales associate told her that he would get her the same product with a black frame, but when she got home it was white. We had to take it back because that model is not available with a black frame.
