Second, the TV was very slow in processing commands or switching from one item to another. After making sure everything was downloaded, setup, etc, it was still painfully slow when transitioning from one menu option to the next or when loading anything like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Not slowness from the internet connection, but slowness from the internal processor. Eventually, we took this item back to the store and purchased a different TV.

Can't connect to smart phone

Unfortunately the folks at Best Buy were unable to provide the necessary tech advice / devices to use it this way. Works great on the few channels we do get.
