User info is nonexistent !! The box says it's a smart TV but no info/explanation of any features. Had to call LG directly for a verbal walk thru on how to setup as only a schematic with no verbiage included. I'm not a techie!!!!!

The TV itself is nice, but I specifically wanted Bluetooth output to connect to a speaker on my desk. This does not have Bluetooth even though is states it does in the specification.

Each time unit was powered off, needed to reload the network information. Best Buy took back the return without question and we replaced with the insignia roku tv which works perfectly.

We were very happy with them until one of them died. It appears to power on but that's it. No picture, no sound. It won't even bring up Settings or Home menus. I tried all of the "reset" procedures from the LG support website to no avail. I then called LG and got no help. The woman on the phone apologized but offered nothing. She just kept repeating that the warranty is just one year. I asked if LG was willing to offer any good will gestures at all and she stated that all she could do was tell me were I could take it to have it repaired at my own expense. No more LG for me!

After doing research I discovered that this is a common issue also if you subscribe to HBO through Hulu you will also not be able to access it through an Lg TV. I regret buying this
