This TV only lasted 8 months. Worked great and then one day while watching it just turned off. Could not get it to work again. I have this TV in the kitchen so it was not used often or for long periods. So I would suggest that you do not consider this TV.

tv is just ok very cheaply made and no quality for the $$$$

The power adapter keeps popping out of place. I bought it as a gift and now I have to keep "fixing" it by putting tape in the back to keep the power from falling out.

Tv ac adapter design is poor. Plug would fall out and not supply power ro TV. Don't buy

Get warranty!!! Tv turns on and off by itself. Contacting LG for support. Picture is off when its working.

This TV is not a good at all. The TV panel went out within 3 years of usage! Not worth to have this TV at your home!

This TV is pricey for a miniature HDTV but it does have nice features. The tuner in it picks up every channel it could possibly get and the picture and sound are great. It has a few popular TV apps and will receive updates from LG as more get released for it. The white color is awesome and it's very lightweight.

Great brand but color is very bad and the sound too.

I recently purchased this TV about 3 weeks ago and I must say It was BETTER than what I expected! It was on sale at the time and now it is $30 more. It has more features on it than you can imagine and it replaced my old analog TV because that didn't pick up High Definition Signals over the air waves like the LG Smart TV. I cut cable TV and purchased an indoor TV Antenna from Best Buy and to my "SURPRISE" when I hooked up the TV to the indoor antenna the picture was AMAZINGLY SHARP & MUCH CLEARER than the CABLE! This is my 2nd LG TV that I purchased from Best Buy and this was for my kitchen. Cable TV suppresses the signal that you receive on your TV; outside/inside antennas DO NOT!! You will not be disappointed with this purchase! I am VERY HAPPY and you will be too!!! Any questions? I'll be glad to answer!

Bought this television because of the size. Needed a Smart TV to fit in a corner under a kitchen counter. For that it was perfect. We wanted to be able to use it to bring up internet videos rather than tying it to a DishNetwork receiver. Unfortunately the Amazon Prime App (the one we use for most videos) will not load and run on the TV. YouTube works OK as does Pandora but Amz is toast. No help from LG or Amazon to get it fixed since it is always the other guys problem. So, overall this TV serves about half the purpose for which it was intended. Hooked up a LG DVD player instead and that works OK but I have to use 2 different remotes; way less than optimal.

BEWARE - only 4 apps available for streaming TV. I needed a small TV to put in my office and the 24" size was perfect. We looked at the Insignia that was only $99.00, but the picture was a little fuzzy. Instead we went with the " SMART TV" which was substantially more - $169.00. In talking to the sales person we explained that we needed to be able to add Sling TV so we could use the streaming service. We had the app already on 2 other TV's in the house We were assured that we would be able to access Sling TV and it would be fine. He neglected to say that you cannot get the app from the LG store!! You must have a separate ROKU box in order for it to work!! We spent extra money for the smart TV, but it is not really that smart. You only get the basic streaming choices - HULU, Amazon, Netflix and YouTube. Nothing else. Husband is ticked off big time! Luckily one of the TV's we replaced had a Roku box that was no longer needed. It gets 2 stars for the picture compared to the other TV's that size.

Purchased for the bedroom in our Class A RV.....went in Best Buy to purchased a Samsung model but chose this one instead because it has a much better picture and had everything I needed and wanted plus some! I would recommend this to my family and friends and fellow RV's!

We bought this 24" Smart TV for our kitchen.It blended well with kitchen furniture because it's white in color.Works well and has every app you'll need to get the most of smart TV.Speakers are not the best,but for a small TV- acceptable.

I usually only buy Samsung TVs but saw this one when looking to replace a non smart tv in my kitchen. I specifically was looking for a smart tv that could wirelessly connect to the internet, so I could view Netflix without need of separate blu ray dvd player. Anyway took a chance on this LG. The picture is beautiful and sound quality is good for a small TV. TV connected initially to internet and was able to do so for about 4 months, then one day when I tried to bring up Netflix it said I was not connected. Every computer and every Samsung TV in my house connected without problem. I unplugged modem/router and plugged back in. Plugged and unplugged TV, tried restart, contacted LG online and followed all suggestions. But I knew the wifi was shot when I tried a wired connect to the internet and it showed my network and had me put in my security code and tried to connect but could not and at the end of trying to connect took me back to the screen that showed networks available. Again all other computers and my other TVs which are Samsung smart TVs connected without problem. Contacted LG and was suggested to send in to be repaired, I am not going to do that unless they would pay all shipping and handling to them and return to me, but pretty much guess that is not going to happen. Extremely disappointed in this TV when after only 4 months of use the internal wifi appears to be shot. I replaced with a Samsung smart TV and this one is now in an upstairs guest bedroom. Total waste of money.

This was an extremely disappointing TV. I've had it for a few months because it worked for me until I wanted to use the most basic feature of bluetooth. If you are looking for any support videos for this TV, don't even try to look for them, because there aren't any. Every support video for LG Smart TV's have completely different setups than this TV. The other TV's guides and OS's seem much user-friendly and extensive than this model. It advertises bluetooth capabilities, but don't be deceived, they can't connect to anything like headsets or anything useful. I was looking for a universal remote on my iPhone to use for this model, but it doesn't support any. Only upside is the screen. It has a great picture, but it doesn't outweigh the incredible poorness in every other area. DO NOT BUY. Look for a model that has a decent OS. Like a Samsung.

This is my first LG TV purchase. It sat mounted up in my kitchen, only used for watching cooking videos online. The TV was not turned on everyday. I would say every other day, a couple hours at most. I loved the TV. It did exactly what I needed it too and the white color was great for my white kitchen. After about a year, the TV started jumping, or the screen would jump, right after it was turned on. It would stop shortly, so I didn't worry about it too much. a year and 4 months into owning it, the whole screen started jumping all over the place. It would go away, but then come back mid-video. I called LG, and of course, it only had a one year warranty. Even though it's a small TV, I expected more than one year of use before it completely broke! Especially because it wasn't frequently used. I have 4 Samsung TV's, the oldest getting near the 8 year mark, and they have performed flawlessly. I will never again buy an LG TV, especially a more expensive, larger TV. Not only that but Best Buy wants $25 to recycle my junk TV that I haven't even had for 2 years!!! I decided to replace it with a nicer, larger Samsung and am purchasing it through another retailer. I understand that companies have warranty time frames, but 1 year on a TV is ridiculous. I have had a Samsung tablet for 5 years and the charger cord quit working. I called them (and it was out of warranty) and they sent me a new charger cord anyways, within the week. LG's customer service was horrible and so non-apologetic. "Just throw our junk in a landfill lady, you are out of luck," type service. I am glad I discovered how poor LG is through a smaller investment.

Oh, great small TV With great picture, sound, remote, and everything that you could want in smart TV

Tried both Insignia and Vizio 1080p TV's in this size range and was unimpressed with viewing angles and picture quality. This TV is thinner, better constructed and offer's far better viewing angles than I've seen in LCD. I'm quite spoiled with a LG Oled 65", so it's hard to view other TV's now. The black level is also considerably better with this panel.

Needed small TV that was smart capable this one was perfect.

We choose this "smart" tv to play movies from netflix, amazon and youtube videos in the kitchen; mostly because it was the only white color option out there. The included apps do not work and the screen go black after few minutes at the beginning and later after few seconds; if freezes and it doesn't even turn off, you have to unplug it to restart again. We tried everything, even smart view from our phones, and nothing works; the wifi is just too slow or the processor is not good?? We restarted the whole system several times, we try to update the software and nothing works after 3 weeks we brought it back to best buy and we are waiting to see if we can get a refund since bestbuy did not want to take back after 14 days!?. We have two more smart tvs (from different manufacturers) and they do not have this problem so we couldn't blame the internet. Please stay away from this TV, the whole experience is horrible. We should have read all the reviews... very disappointing.
