A month after purchase the TV deleted all of the apps. All of them, just disappeared. It also deleted all settings which could allow me to fix or reset the TV. There was no reset option, no help/assist option, or anything else that could've helped me. There's also only ONE physical button for the TV and it does nothing to help. I contacted LG for help and they ignored what I said, telling me to do things I couldn't do because the options were gone, which I'd told them. Finally they told me to take it in. I took it into Bestbuy and they said they couldn't do anything about TVs. I'd have to sent it in, but for that I needed to make an appointment and come back. By the time it'd be fixed it would've cost about as much as the TV itself. I will never buy from Bestbuy or LG again.

Image quality the only good thing

The image is good quality so that gets this thing one star, plus I can't choose zero stars, what it really should get. Everything else about this tv wreaks of cheapness. The TV weighs less then a bag of sugar so you will want to stabilize it if you aren't mounting it. I do suppose if you are mounting it, the light weight is a good thing. But the real bummer and deal breaker is the power cord doesn't stay plugged in. I have to wiggle it just right for it to power on. Then when I turn the TV the least bit, it comes unplugged again. This is going right back to Best Buy - a 40 minute drive - uggghhh. Save yourself the hassle, buy anything but this one.

Does not Load Hulu

All of the other apps worked, but Hulu just won't load. Spent an hour on hold with LG and they were no help. Does not seem to be an isolated problem - lots of complaints on Google. Smart TV that can't access Hulu? This is a definite return.

We wanted a Smart small TV for our kitchen. We have always loved the LG brand but this was a disappointment. We were a little skeptical of the white finish but actually was nice in our white kitchen. The issue was when we went to plug it in, the plug was so heavy and large it would not stay plugged into our electrical outlet. The weight was due to a transformer attached to the plug. The voltage was being reduced from 120v to 12v to operate the TV. We are going to get a Sharp 24" TV instead since it uses a regular plug and doesn't use a transformer. It runs on 120v.

Does NOT support live youtube tv

According to youtube's site, all lg smart tvs support youtube tv. Also, lg rep's comment on amazon indicates that the necessary app can be downloaded via lg's app store. WRONG. Live youtube tv is unavailable via this product. LG support said that they would contact me once this "problem" is fixed. Forget it. Deceptive.

first off who makes a smart tv with no web browser also unable to connect my phone through stream cast. tv has issues sometimes when being turned on . sent back to lg sent it back saying electronic part replaced . still has same issue.

Awful picture

I bought this TV to replace a 10 year old 18'' white Toshiba TV in my kitchen that died. I wanted another white TV and this was the only one I could find. The picture does not appear to be HD. The picture is grainy and dull. I have tried all of the different settings to no avail. Even the over the air with an antenna is lousy.
