    Purchase of new LG-24"Class LED HD unit

    First LG-24" Class LED HD unit lasted 13 months! This is our second and have our fingers crossed. We bought a 5 year warranty plan...we are both in our mid 80's so you can appreciate the irony.

    TV Screen and Picture okay but I do not like the Remote. It seems cheap and not user friendly. Would not have purchased this TV had I known about the Remote.

    Often when we turn the set on, a message ‘No Signal’ appears. Geek Squad installed the unit and it seemed fine.

    Just needed a small tv for the kitchen. Works well and is a smart tv. Not the greatest picture but the price was right.

    Excellent TV but do not use it to display a computer screen image. If used for a computer screen, it will be very fuzzy. Has a lot of software built in and many options for settings. I brought it back.

    POOR initial set up, even following onscreen instructions. EXTRELEY frustrating, STILL can't get proper set up, tried and wasted SO much time! May return it for ANOTHER brand.

    Like my Sony’s better

    All of my other televisions are Sony. I don’t think the color of the LG matches the Sony. Also having trouble with using Hulu on this tv. I need to turn it on with the LG remote then turn it off and back on with the Hulu remote. Didn’t have to do this with the Samsung that it replaced.

    This new Smart LG TV is lovely on my shelving. I am not electronically educated being quite old I cannot install it. Was on old for Geek Squad 25 minutes then cut off. Wanted to hire some- one to help me.

    Picture is OK, but sound was very bad. It sounded like it was in a tin can, and no matter what we did it didn’t get any better returned it.

    Lg won't connect to youtubetv without a firestick. Had I known that, I might have choosen a different tv but I don't want to dink around exchanging it.

    Front view was very good but looking at an angles was terrible. Picture was fades out so much I returned the tv.

    We bought this tv for our kitchen and it worked fine for 3 days. Then, it turned off on its own and we couldn't get it back on using the remote or the power button on the tv itself. Very disappointed. Returned it and purchased another brand.

    Great small HDTV with a small price

    The compact 24" TV fits nicely in a tight corner of one of our bedrooms. The price was outstanding. The color, sound, and Internet connectivity are excellent in spite of the small size of the TV. The webOS is streamlined and fairly easy to use after a short learning curve. I would highly recommend this LG HDTV to other customers who need a compact screen.
