The TV has good picture quality and reception. However, the volume is quite limited. When competing with the RV air conditioner, the sound level limitations make it quite difficult to hear. I get more volume out of my HP laptop computer.

Netflix and Amazon Prime setup similarly easy. My gripe is with the pre-installed browser. It will not play the embedded videos on weather web sites (like necn). It will not connect to Locast.org through the browser and LG does not have a Locast app for this model. I expect it will allow those to be played on a laptop and connected to the TV using an HDMI cable. Here's the email response from LG support: • The Web browser supports Flash 11 but does not support platform- dependent technology like ActiveX. • The Web browser only works with pre-installed plug-ins. • The Web browser only replays the following media file formats: JPEG/PNG/GIF. • The Web browser is forcibly closed when memory is insufficient. • For the Internet, fonts installed on the TV are used and may not be displayed normally depending on the content played. • The Web browser does not support file and font download. • The Web browser is made for a TV so it may function differently from PC browsers. • The Web browser is a TV browser and may not work properly when playing some content files.

Good smart tv

Pros: it’s an inexpensive smart tv, the screen is good, if you it’s simple. The cons: remote is not the most reactive but the tv is in a bath room. Also, the tv is NOT connected to an antenna but defaults to that when you switch it off. So when you time the things you get the static noise. This is addressed by going to Netflix, first and then powering off. No idea why but that’s how ours works.

I purchased it for the LG Channels, only to find out that it is not WEBOS, and I cannot receive these channels. Disappointing, change your listing. I will keep it, because it's still a decent TV

Good for kitchen

When we upgraded to antenna and Fire Stick old TV wasn't compatible. Buying new smart TV was about the same price as upgrading old one. A little wider then our old TV but certainly good quality and provides us with lots of options. Make sure you have the space especially width wise.

It has a sharp picture, great sound, and not as delicate as the box instructions make the item out to be. What I like is the common sense way the back attachments are done to attach the antenna. It's actually in the back and not on the underside as other TVs. It's just a great tv. LG is a great company and this item has not disappointed me. What can I say? The price was nice too. It was also the last one, which is why I bought it. :) Great job bestbuy!
