It may be something about our Comcast . Will try to contact a Comcast on line support next week to figure out how to change the signal totally to the LG control. Right now we can do everything with the LG control but change the channels, see a "Guide" option. The information with the LG doesn't do much to explain this situation.

Since I purchased a 50 inch months ago from Best Buy, it was my first choice to shop. I saw a number of 24 inch models, but this one really caught my eye. It has everything that I wanted, the price was reasonable, and I really love the color. Product set up takes less than 10 minutes, and connecting my external components was just as simple.
I would recommend this to a friend Could be 5 star if not horrible streaming.

But this model is not. We needed a new TV for our kitchen. This was the right size and color (white). We bought this because it was Smart-WiFi and would be perfect for streaming. We have 2 other LG TV’s (50” & 70”) that are Smart-WiFi both work great streaming. This 24” on the other hand is horrible. It constantly buffers and freezes. I believe the streaming processor for this TV model needs to be upgraded.

Good basic TV

My biggest disappointment is that in all the LG apps and the LG Content store there is no HBOGO app to download. We subscribe to HBO so I can get it on demand. But there aren’t a lot of apps to download for the TV. . But the picture is good; I may find speakers but the sound is decent.

White tv with mis matched black cord

Works great with streaming services. Not always spot on with the antenea but that might not be the tv's fault. The only reason it didn't get the 5th star is because of the black cord. Why put a black cord on a white tv? I choose white to go with my kitchen and now I'm forced to try and hide the black cord.

My wife and I were pleased to get this TV since it is able to bring PUREFLIX into our home. Other, similar SMART TV'S did not have that capacity. The color and definition are very good. We are pleased with our LG Smart TV.
