Great tv for our kitchen. It is compatible with the Sonos Ray which is my main reason for the purchase. Very happy with our decision.

Looks like a lovely TV but I returned it because it lacks audio output connectors. However, it is hard to find a TV with a light-colored bezel.

This LG-24 in. Smart LED TV is just great for the kitchen. I love the fact that the frame is white. It seams to blend in when mounted on the wall. This is one great TV.

I bought this television to replace a 19-inch Samsung I had in the kitchen. After 3 firmware updates I was able to finally use it. The image quality is consistent for a television of this price range with IPS panel. The colors and contrast are not so good and the smart functions are very slow. At the moment there are not many options of televisions from 19 to 24 inches available, so based on the price and the fact that it is for the kitchen, I think it is not too bad.

It does not provide the quality I've come to expect from LG. The volume control does not go loud enough.

Love the tv but the only thing I don’t like is the speakers I have to turn volume up to 60 to be able to hear it 20 feet away

Well, I have no idea how to judge this product since I can't get it to work. The usually-helpful/upbeat floor staff encouraged me that I merely needed to plug it in and follow instructions. I've tried a dozen times, with full wifi on and sometimes officially "connected", and only get a No Signal notice on the screen. Googling te product itself yielded references to an "antenna", which did not come with it. I'm hoping my geek nephew, who will be visiting in three weeks, can decipher the process. Normally I love Best Buy, and I had a good recent experience adding a Roku to an older dumb TV and it works fine, but I'm tempted to return this one for a dumb TV and a Roku. Instructions need to be clearer for non-geeks: the minimal printed instructions are not BestBuy's fault, but floor staff should be prepared to provide obviously-befuddled first-time older purchasers with more details. Couldn't rate your Quality points below because I've never seen a picture on this TV, but you insist on a rating so I gave 1 star on each.

Great little set - has wifi and a fast processor. My new LG OLED is slower to load the smart apps :). Looks stylish but is a tad expensive - the 32” model is the same price :(

It’s great! I already have another LG smart tv and it is pretty much the same- great image, easy to manage and a great size for a kitchen which is where we set it up.

This is an awesome little smart TV!!! It connects with WiFi or CAT5 and works great with either. The remote has a Netflix and Amazon single button on the remote.

Needed to replace TV for parents in their kitchen. The old one was a CRT that still worked, but new equipment wouldn't hook up to it. No choice but to get a new one.

White front panel a nice switch from the typical black appearance. Video and audio quality is good, Interface does take some getting used to.

Good tv for the price. Speakers isn’t loud if you use the apps on it.

Great picture but sound is low. Works great with external speakers. Everything else is great with the tv.

This TV was purchased for use in our bedroom. Although it was on sale at a very reasonable price, it is not cheaply made. Very happy with this TV and this purchase!

This unit was purchased for use in my mother-in-law's room at the nursing home and has performed well.
