Not a real smart TV

Big waste of time now have to return it and get something else. Will never buy lg again, totally ridiculous. Also volume level is very poor, from about 50 to 100 there is no discernable difference in volume level.

I was never able to get past the 1st. Set of set up questions. It wouldn’t let me continue as it wouldn’t recognize the country, USA, despite being already filled in for me. No way to delete it and retry. I want to send it back but can never get through to someone to help me. I’m very disappointed and stuck with it. Bye Best Buy.
