It was only a few days before Christmas, so I kind of rushed into buying, without reading that many reviews, big mistake. I just wanted a smart tv that had all the platforms, with a display menu that was easy to read, and easy to maneuver through. I can’t find some of my favorite platforms on this device. The Wi-Fi password has to be re-entered daily, and when we turn the tv on the blast of the static from the no cable connection roars. The worst part of it, was that I was thinking if we can’t get all of the platforms we can at least use the smart cast and connect the phones to it, still haven’t figured this out yet. I originally wanted it for my mother who just wants to use her Bluetooth headphones while she’s cooking or cleaning whatever, that didn’t happen either.

It sounds a bit tinny. Also you have to be directly in front of the TV to see the most vibrant picture. Color fades when you look at it from an angle.

Best way I can describe it is a cheap faulty tv. Major problem I have come across is it can be controlled with another tv's remote control of a different brand. When I try to use the a tv in the same room this "smart" tv picks up the signal and turns on too or off. When I have the other tv on this one changes input when I pause whatever I am watching on the other one. After reaching out to LG, I was told to move the tvs to different rooms. Not helpful at all.
