    It’s also does not have a good volume. I have it all way up and the speaker is not very good. And I don’t have a hearing problem.

    Not a bad small TV not impressed with the picture quality seems not very loud speakers think I could have got same deal for a cheaper brand.

    I had to return this - it would not properly stream Xfinity. Jerky connection and other TVs worked just fine, so not the connection, it was the TV.

    This Smart TV is not as smart as you'd think

    This product does not support Sling TV. That seems ridiculous considering it does support Prime Video, Netflix, and Hulu. There's no technological reason why this TV shouldn't support Sling TV, but it's not available for this model, even though, the WebOS version should be able to support it. You also won't find Paramount+ or other mainstream entertainment apps available for this model. You'll want to buy a Chromecast, FireTV, or Roku stick to go with this TV if you want it to be more capable.

    Picture-color great but can't seem to hold on to WiFi connection. I have another LG TV with no such problem & this TV is the closest to the modem & router!!!

    TV is good for minimal bathroom use on Wi-Fi apps, channels, etc. It can be delayed to load shows from apps…but overall good for the cost.

    TV had a burn in effect on the screen and also the TV did not have LG channels- didnt like the TV in general and ended up returning it, but I am more dissatisfied with the Bestbuy experience and there is no place to comment on it. The whole return process is a whole new story and was most unsatisfactory. Bestbuy's range of products is now very limited, their customer service is becoming poorer, and overall the store is now becoming more and more irrelevant.

    Only buy it for the color "white"

    Junk, but it matches our kitchen... Needed a small counter top tv for my wife in the kitchen. I've never seen an all white tv, and just happened to find at Best Buy in open box. Under $100 can't complain, but the Smart WebOS is the absolute worst system I've ever tried to use. Brutal... I'm going to have to attach a cable box to it because it's impossible to get to streaming channels and other features. Speakers below average sound, picture is really bad. But, it looks cool and sometimes that's worth $100 bucks!

    The method of enhancing the color of the picture is primitive. Also Apple Airplay is listed but does not work.

    Great price but not a great tv. We use it for the smart tv feature, but it goes to cable tv first, so it's it's a loud, fuzzy screen until we pull up whatever app we are using.

    Not very smart TV

    Constantly buffers/choppy even on my fast ethernet 100 MBPS wired connection. My Samsung 2016 is not choppy. I thought I was getting newer technology but this TV is not. I wish I could just get another Samsung but they don't make my model anymore. Also when you first turn it on it goes straight to antenna which is not hooked up so you get the loud annoying fuzz noise until you can get to the apps. Look elsewhere for a more refined product this thing is ANNOYING!

    Not at all happy with 24" LG Smart TV

    Have had issues with sound -- had to go up to 97/98 on sound bar to be able to hear it. Talked with Geek Squad several times - one said take it back because it must be the "board". Took it back and got another one - also got a sound bar. Had Geek Squad tech come out to hook it up -- he was a great guy, did an excellent job. Worked for a while. Now, can't hear it again with sound bar turned all the way up. Also, having issues with it logging into Hulu - keeps saying "error connecting" -- the other TVs work fine - NOT this one. Don't know if it's TV, HULU, or internet. But, definitelly NOT HAPPY!
