Not good sound

Roku function

Good picture but wifi connectivity is poor.

One room away from the router is where we put it. Our download speeds exceed 900mps and our uploads are 23mps. Connectivity speed is not an issue nor is signal strength. The tv connected but stuttered buffering on anything we tried to play on it via wifi. We returned it to the store.

Great sound, but picture is not sharp

LG is generally a great brand, so i bought it. Easy to set up. Good features. But my one big criticism is that the picture is not sharp, nor is there any setting to change to get it sharper. I'm not returning it solely because I use that tv mostly for playing while I drift off to sleep, therefore I don't need to watch the tv often. If I want a great picture, I can go turn on the Samsung in the other room.

I have researched the market intensely and because an absence of sensible option decided on this enormously compromised purchase. It's a cheap mediocre product with less than average picture quality. Most audiophiles and technologically minded consumers will be very disappointed!

Avoid - Uses and Old WebOS system

However, this item uses an old WebOS system which cannot be updated. It also does not allow you to screen share from an iPhone. I like the look of the tv but the functionality is not up to date.

No more LG for me!

Everything else is sub par. Very complicated to setup. Apps are woefully lacking. No Sling?! No Disney?! Speakers are junk. But, that size and color are perfect so it stays. But my last LG product.
