    I have to turn the sound up to 75-80 to hear it ware as the other tv's I have I set adound 20.

    Tv is fine. Xfinity app on it isn’t as good as other tvs. Not sure why it’s slower.

    I'm happy with this LG TV, BUT: the content at the LG store is awful. The LG content store is so poor I gave up trying to find what channels I wanted & bought a Roku Express for $30. I know it's ridiculous but I had no choice. Could someone please tell LG they need to update their content store - it's useless! Just so you know.

    Returned for larger screen. Too small for Whalen tower stand and overall too small.

    Good basic TV. Does not have CPU/Buffer to handle strong data feed. Basic channels OK but CNBC with ticker at screen bottom turns into a series of screen freezes. I purchased with the thought I could eliminate ROKU but TV processor is not sufficient for data rich feeds.

    Had no orca jacks to hook up our speakers, the ones we already owned. We had to purchase a sound bar, which did not come with the optical cable we needed to hook it up! Another trip to the store, more money out the door. I have co-morbidities so every trip out of my house is potentially fatal.

    Piece of garbage. I moved the tv to a different wall. Didn’t bang it on anything or drop it and when i turned it back on it had lines running through the screen. I have literally owned this tv for less than two months. Oh... and the kicker is... Best Buy only had a two WEEK return period for my purchase. I will never buy from this store again. My two other smart tv’s have been moved several times and i have had no issues with either. I have had them over ten years.

    took it back because the picture kept stopping like it was stuck...checked our other tvs and they weren't doing that, so we took it back and bought another lg but another model,not a smart tv and it works fine took it back a few days later. .

    Picture is poor, color unrealistic, no fine tuning of picture, only presets. No analog out for headphones. Flimsy construction, would not connect to Wi-Fi. Disappointing after I've had an LG phone for 5 years and expected more than the quality of an off brand cheap tv. Returned.
