    Worst Router Ever

    This is a total piece of junk. Periodically (at least 3 times a day) the devices connected to the internet through the router lose connection with the internet. This occurred immediately after set up and has occurred every day since. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Netgear support updating firmware and changing setting to no avail. When they couldn’t fix it, I requested a refund and they refused. After encountering the problem, I checked the web and found that this Ian a frequent problem with this router about which Netgear is aware and apparently can’t fix, yet Netgear continues to sell the router. Stay away from this product.

    Failure to connect my printer to the computer

    Four Geek Squad technicians and referrals to a higher level of service have failed to connect a new HP printer to an HP computer after over 6 phone hours--both purchased at Best Buy. A request for an in house technician was requested----I am asked to pay for the technician in spite of being a Total Support member for years. And in spite of the Best Buy motto--'Mission Complete--We've Completed Work On Your Device--All Work Comes With A 30 Day Guarantee'. I challenge the cost of the in house technician. A letter to Mr. Mohan is being prepared.

    There are so many apps eg HBO that are not compatible with this tv. Contacted LG who recommended buying a fire stick. I wouldn't recommend this tv

    I was very disappointed after being told it had Roku and finding out it didn't. I was finally able to talk to a store manager, who sent me a Roku stick at no charge.

    There IS NO SUCH THING IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE! I'm an older person with arthritis and thought I could pull up and have the item delivered to my car. Why isn't there another method for someone that can't afford a smartphone?

    Very hard to set up, no instructions. And downloading the web still can’t do. My Toshiba was very easy, guess you get what you pay for. Go cheap and you get cheap.

    Should have purchased a Roku TV

    I had very high hopes for this tv for a bedroom tv. Liked the looks and what not. It’s slow and sluggish and takes forever to navigate just the Home Screen. Also, the “Live TV” feature is ridiculous. Who even has or cares about live TV? Well there may be some out there but I’m not one of them. I want a simple platform with ease of streaming. This tv Defaults to Live TV. If you don’t have channels and turn the TV on, I goes straight to the loud and blaring white noise. Will be selling and buying a Roku TV. Unless they come out with an UPDATE to delete the Live TV option. Just a thought.

    The sound is terribly low no matter how high I set the volume. Terrible. And I have some channels That stay on Spanish speaking no matter what I do. So there are channels I can not watch because I do not speak Spanish. This is ridiculous. I am taking this set back

    Was not informed you could not download the spectrum app. It’s a smart tv, should be able to download any app like you can on Samsung TVs.

    If you cut the cord and are looking for a true smart tv, this is not for you! LG content store is very limited and does not have apps like Sling, FuboTV, or ATT now! Very disappointing

    The user interface of this TV is absolutely terrible. It is so slow and sluggish to perform basic funtions. Ttust me, you will spend more time waiting for the interface to decide what to do, than watching your favorite show or movie. The tiles are also not customizable, so if you can ever get an app to install, it will be all the way to the far right, a number of spaces after apps you do not use, but come pre installed.

    This “smart TV” is not smart. It has a problem accessing the internet. It regularly drops the internet signal and will not pick it back up. After resetting to factory settings it holds the signal once or twice then drops it again. The most troubling aspect is the design feature that does not hold the network password requiring constant re-entry. Terrible. And of course yesterday was the last day to return it.

    Bought this on March 17th 2020 and by april 13th the tv couldnt be watched. Trying to get help from LG is mind blowing as well first it buffered and now it just cuts out. We want to throw it out the window. !

    Spent $137.99 ($149.99 new price) as certified excellent - like new. The TV came with dirt in the seems, nasty stuff on the screen and most of all... no remote. How is that "certified exellent - like new"? Returned it, still have not received reimbursement on my card. Pretty poor all the way around.

    No sling Tv App

    I Bought this seeing specification that it has Sling tv App, But after buying it does not show Sling tv, Even LG store does not have the app, For sling tv One need to buy Roku or other external device which makes no sense having Smart Tv and external roku device with it.
