Frustrating set up

It has been several days of frustration trying to get it to work with out an cabled input. Read every manual they have. It seems that the only way to get it to work is buying a streaming stick or appletv a waste of money.

Basic Streaming App Cannot be Downloaded

The only way to get HBO on this TV is to buy a Firestick or some such device. HBO app cannot simply be downloaded. Our other TVs could directly take the HBO app.

Forcing Consumers to pay more for items

But this time they skimped and didn't even include an HDMI cable. Forcing us to spend more money to buy a cable. They know that we need an HDMI cable. This is how big companies squeeze consumers.

Terrible sound

Open-box Excellent w/accessories is not honored.

Not really a smart TV
