    Frustrating set up

    I was really looking forward to using it with wifi in our bathroom. It has been several days of frustration trying to get it to work with out an cabled input. Read every manual they have. It seems that the only way to get it to work is buying a streaming stick or appletv a waste of money.

    Basic Streaming App Cannot be Downloaded

    Would not buy again. The only way to get HBO on this TV is to buy a Firestick or some such device. HBO app cannot simply be downloaded. Our other TVs could directly take the HBO app.

    I paid more this time for the same TV I bought a year ago. But this time they skimped and didn't even include an HDMI cable. Forcing us to spend more money to buy a cable. They know that we need an HDMI cable. This is how big companies squeeze consumers.

    tv was fine. remote was not included and required an hour's work "on/off hold" of begging to finally get resolution from the fourth agent. Who should obviously get 5 stars. Do better, BB.

    No way to install Spectrum app. So this isn’t really a smart TV and there’s no way to stream Spectrum content so pretty much it’s an expensive brick
