    The sales person at Best Buy, East Hanover, NJ was at best somewhat informative. He did not offer alternative coices are make inquiry about other TVs.

    Cute but power cord is faulty

    Literally just bought this TV for my daughter but disappointed that the power cord doesn’t go in all the way and any small disturbance will turn off the TV.

    Bought to put in my kitchen but the plug was huge and to hard to hide for a slim wall installation.. Returned it..

    This tv hasn't worked from the start. After 2 sessions with the Geek Squad, they determined it is a lemon, and to return it.

    could not get this TV to get a program off the cable box I returned it and bought a Vizio TV and hooked it up with no problems

    I have ti turn this TV up to 85 to get a sound. I think it was broken.

    Good bedroom TV, needs headphone jack

    This is a very nice TV for the bedroom. I love the white color too. I first tried the Insignia 24" TV with the FireOS operating system, which was a terrible choice for an older person. This LG has a normal remote with normal controls and the same user interface as other LG TVs (WebOS). My biggest complaint: it needs a headphone jack, or Bluetooth. The only way to get some kind of external audio device is with HDMI ARC (which works), but doesn't exist for headphones. I know this is a budget model but that seems like a tremendous oversight on LG's part. The user interface is terribly slow when going through menus, but you shouldn't need to do that too often, hopefully. Picture quality is fine, not terribly great but it's 24" and cheap.

    Bought this for my kitchen, super cute TV, great resolution, does what it was meant to do...BUT...(and maybe i'm just spoiled because I use the AppleTV and its SO easy and convenient), the app interface is cumbersome, and the avail apps are pretty basic, and its kind of annoying that you HAVE to use the remote to control the TV (no volume/input/channel buttons on the TV itself) The app library is minimal, doesnt have alot of the newer apps avail to install, so if I want to watch HBO or Paramount or the NFL app, i need to hook up my ipad, which defeats the purpose. There aren't many options out there for tv's this size, and the price is great, but, you get what you pay for.

    Went with this 24 inch LG tv specifically for the size and the Xfinity app. The app launches but there is stuttering and freezing. Reloaded the app three times with the same result. Netflix is fine. No problem with the Xfinity app on my Samsung or with a Roku on this tv but defeats the purpose if I need the Roku. Picture and sound is good. Set up not as intuitive as my experiences with Samsung. Checked the Xfinity forum and it appears that others with LG tv have the same issue. So if you are wanting to use this app, don't get this tv or plan on using something else for the app. I will consider returning for something else.

    This TV looks cute in my small bedroom/guestroom. I have cottage-style decor, so I like that this unit is small with a white frame. It blends into the background. The picture quality is crisp, and the sound is good enough for a small bedroom. My only complaint is that I wish the power cord were white, not black. Setup was easy in terms of accessing Amazon Prime.

    It's a great little tv! Replacing Vizio I had in kitchen that wasn't that old but showing lines through screen, so I hope this LG performs better over time. Love that it's not the typical black color too. Very happy with this purchase!
