If you happen to brush up against, even very lightly, you turn it on. I don’t like that. However, when you close the door, it makes a loud click like it’s a plastic lock and scared me at first thinking I broke something. Just the way it is

Good and quiet machine

Quiet and cleans well. Drying process isn’t the best but having a shorter counter top with limited options I would recommend this product.

Went with LG because it blended in with look of the others. It is quiet, has a variety of speeds and does a great job. Plays the same "song" as the washing machine when it's turned on and off. Fingers crossed this is a winner!

Good enough for what we need

You can hear the swishing of water when it works, but it’s quiet enough compared to older style washers. The surface of it is not stain resistant, so you do need to maintain it to keep it free of annoying marks on the outside.

I just wish it had additional flat drawer for servingware and flatware but it wasnt available for my area at the time. One thing I don't like about it is that it smells even after cleaning it. It's quite.

You have to use a rinse agent with this dishwasher because it does not have a heat dry. Only negative but as other reviews say, if you run before bed it is fine next day. Not a lot of water left. Also, quiet machine.
