Dishes are super clean love the way it looks and cleans

It isn't horrible, but the first time we ran it, it definitely didn't clean anything. It has since improved with cleaning. Also, we are having to use the extra dry function each time which seems obnoxious. Note: We take care to rinse our dishes extremely well before loading them. The manual says to load it with no rinsing, but I don't see how that will work better. Oh well! Noticed some spots that appear like rust on the interior of the stainless steel tub. It comes off easily with cleaning, but I would expect a dishwasher to not have that problem as it should be cleaning itself. Lastly, the utensil basket has a handle on it that collects water. In unloading the dishes, you have to dry it off or it will splash the utensils. Also, in the bottom drawer of the dishwasher, the dish dividers will raise/lower in sections. They frequently collapse and you have to keep raising them up to stack dishes. These are pretty innocuous problems, of course. In denial bc I don't want to call LG about the drying/cleaning issues... the other things are pretty menial.

The dishwasher is loud. It just doesn’t seem convenient to load the bottom rack. The basket is in the back and way too big. It does a good job of cleaning.

Great product! Has a modern look, touch screen type controls, with many options included such as top or bottom wash only, automatic sensor for time controlled washing, delay, etc. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone!

I’ve had my dishwasher for 2.5 weeks and it stopped working. I’m not sure if it’s the installer’s fault or the product’s fault. The motor runs for a couple mins when it’s powered on but the water never kicks in, and then the dishwasher powers off. I’ve called geek squad and am being told someone will come out to look at it in 7 days from now! I just spent $5K on all new LG appliances and now I have to wait a week to have my brand new dishwasher repaired. I think I’ll return it and purchase a new dishwasher elsewhere.

Runs so Quite you can barely hear it and does great on the shortest cycle (Turbo express) under 60 minutes. Highly recommend this dishwasher!!! The installation crew was Fast and courtious following Safe Covid practices! With my 5 year warranty I have no worries! Thanks Best buy!!

The inside stays wet after trying all of the cycles. It smells musty after a day or two after the wash. Went through all of the suggestions as checking/cleaning the filter etc. I have to leave the door open some to have it dry out inside. Overall very disappointed for what we spent.

Purchased a LG dishwasher and have been very pleased with it. The gentleman who took my order was super good. He was a wonderful employee. And when I called because I had found a lower price. The lady was very helpful and lowered the price. I am very pleased with BestBuy.

Was very pleased with the whole process. Ordered this online and it was in stock. The people that delivered it were right on time and very nice too. The driver of the truck was very helpful and professional, big shock in this day. Will be shopping here again.

Dishwasher has alot of headroom for large items wife loves it

We never used our old dishwasher because it left ugly spots on the dishes and I never felt it got them completely clean. This new dishwasher is the complete opposite! Like the different configurations that can be used and the dishes come out fantastic! Love that I can use a dishwasher again!
